This spacious 3-story, 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhouse offers one of the largest layouts in Mariner’s Club, with over 2,600 sq ft spread across three levels for added space and privacy. Clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked, it’s a well-cared-for home designed with comfort and functionality in mind. Whether you’re sharing meals, watching a movie, or sipping morning coffee on one of the balconies, you’ll find everything set up for ease, relaxation, and connection.

Maximum occupancy: 10 guests total — this includes all adults and children over the age of 1. (1 child under the age of one at time of arrival may be added to a reservation of 10)

- 2 sets of stackable Washer/ Dryers

- For little ones: We provide one complimentary pack-and-play and one highchair per reservation. If you need any additional baby gear, you can rent items through a third-party service that delivers and picks up right at the home. I’m happy to share the info upon request.

{} Parking & Policies

- Limit 2 vehicles per reservation

- 3rd vehicle only with valid handicap placard & pre-registration

- Only registered guests may access the community and home

- Security cameras on site (including Ring doorbell)

- Government-issued ID required for guest verification

- No smoking / No pets (due to highly allergic owners and guests)

- Fully licensed with the State of Florida DBPR

- Short-term rental agreement must be completed before arrival (names & ages of all guests required for security access)

- Reservation must accurately reflect the number of guests in your party

{} Marina

Boating guests can take advantage of the 43-slip full-service marina, accommodating vessels up to 60 ft (available at an additional per-foot, per-night rate). Slip reservations must be arranged directly with the Mariner’s Club HOA — contact details provided upon request, or you can easily find them by looking up 'Mariners Club HOA' - choosing the Marina Slip Reservations prompt and making an inquiry via DOCKWA.
