Grace Mountain 1 BR Downstairs and Large Loft w/Bedroom, 1.5 mi. from Parkway

Grace Mountain is just what you're looking for if you're looking for a cozy log cabin nestled in the woods!
Located in the gated community of Sherwood Forest only 1.5 miles from the Parkway, Grace Mountain offers a private atmosphere along with benefits of being in a nice resort.
When you enter the cabin, you'll be amazed by the cathedral ceiling, floor to ceiling river rock stone fireplace, and large glass windows for mountain viewing.
Gas logs in the living room for those cold winter nights that are only operable from October 1st to March 30th, 50" flat screen for streaming, beautiful wood floors, assorted games and cards for any age, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
Relax in the master bedroom with a California king size bed, 42" flat screen TV mounted over the electric fireplace, also streaming, with a reading area in the corner of the master bedroom, along with a full bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower, no tub.
Upstairs, in the loft, you will find a Paul Bunyan king size bed, 60-in-1 arcade game, 32" TV, also streaming, and an oversized chair for reading or enjoying the wonderful view of the mountains. There is an assortment of books for your reading pleasure.
Outside, the front porch has rockers for relaxing after a full day of activities along with a natural gas grill for your grilling pleasure. On the back porch there is a 4-person hot tub. In this area there is an outdoor table and chairs.
On the porch, please notice the hand carved wood trim with bears around the windows and doors.
There are FOURTEEN (14) steps descending from the parking lot to the back porch of Grace Mountain, please see photos.
Grace Mountain has a camera installed on the outside for guest/pet compliance and weather monitoring.
The maximum occupancy for Grace Mountain is 4 persons. Any attempt to exceed the occupancy limit will result in a $25.00 fee per person per night charged and paid via PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App to the cabin owner.
Sherwood Forest has a swimming pool located 0.5 mile from Grace Mountain cabin. Please see photo. The pool is managed by the HOA of Sherwood Forest, not the cabin owners.
There are no steep roads to Grace Mountain.
The cabin must be reserved in the name of the guest that will be occupying it.
A signed rental agreement and a copy of a valid driver's license of the guest named on the reservation is REQUIRED to reserve Grace Mountain.
