Another very pleasant visit to Fuerteventura and this quiet and well serviced apartment in El Cotillo . I'm always made to feel welcome by the hosts and the housekeeper . I find the location ideal for exploring the island . The wild flowers this year were simply stunning .

It's been my 5th time in El Cotillo and this has been the best property I stayed in so far. The property is very clean, has a lovely decor, comfy best and pretty much everything you need for a short and long stay in El Cotillo. Location is perfect and the views from both terraces are stunning. I'm hoping to be back next year and that the property will be available to rent.

As a keen walker and amateur volcanologist , I find this spacious apartment in El Cotillo an excellent base for exploring the island . It is situated in a quiet residential area and the owners are a delight to deal with .

Happy holidays

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay, very well equipped and comfortable beds. The roof terrace was particularly special with fantastic views & star gazing in the evening. Weve been staying in El Cotillo for 5 year's but this was our first stay here and we will definitely be returning. The communication made it totally stress free. 100% recommend!

Very nice apartment, felt like a proper home

Spacious apartment, very well equiped and conveniently located. Lovely top terrace with good views, perfect for a sundowner. Only slight complaint, despite checking before booking that we would be provided with a change of bedlinen half way through our 12 night stay, that didn't happen. However, as there is a washing machine and good drying facilities, this wasn't an issue as we could wash the sheets and towels as and when it suited us.

The apartment is fabulous and is well equipped. I can find no fault with it. We’ve been coming for several years to El Carmen complex but felt on this occasion the area outside the apartment was in need of some smartening up.

Great quiet location on edge of town .partial sea view.Comfy kingsize bed great powerful shower.2 sun terraces.Sun on top terrace till 4.30 pm in Feb .Fully equipped kitchen big fridge freezer micro wave hob and oven.Washing machine and outside washing line.5mins walk to SuperDino supermarket. Brilliant apartment, very secure, well presented and decorated. Patrick the host was very informative and nothing was too much trouble. The information sent prior to our stay was comprehensive and accurate. This location in El Cotillo is perfect. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are all within a easy 10-20 minute walk. Wir kennen und lieben den Ort schon lange und dieses Apartment ist unser Traum. Herrlicher Ausblick auf Berge und Atlantik. Zwei traumhafte Terrassen, Dorf mit kleinem Hafen jederzeit zum Schlendern vor der Tür. Einzig die Wohnmobile an der Küstenlinie sind eine deutlich zunehmende "Pest" und zerstören das wüstenartige Landschaftsbild.

Super Villa

Very spacious wonderfully clean and well equipped villa (our second stay). In addition to normal stuff large selection dvds and xbox. Excellent communication with Patrick. Lovely views of hills and coast from both terraces and even from kitchen window. Very secure property - locked gate at bottom of entrance steps, then door into lower terrace and finally door into actual property. Quiet location, 2 minutes walk to Hyperdino, and 5 minutes to centre/old harbour. Plenty of bars/cafes/restaurants to choose from. Bit of a walk to main calm water Concha beach, but not issue for us as not into sitting on beach all day. Large surfing beach 5 minutes walk from apartment.
