Fantastic apartment on the seafront with 2 swimming pools and garden area

Great and comfortable apartment located on the Costa Dorada, between Tarragona and Barcelona, very close to Sitges and 30 minutes from Port Aventura and with a situation that allows you to access the beach quickly
 The apartment is a ground floor that communicates with the community area (swimming pools and garden). It has everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. It has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with bathtub, living room with a sofa bed, two terraces: a very large front and a rear of service that overlook the community area allowing if there are children who can play with others controlling perfectly from the terrace.
It is very quiet and with a very clean beach and perfect for children.
It is not rented to youth groups

A superb stay in Calafell

We had a great stay in Calfell. The apartment had a superb location, only 50 m from the beach and with a lovely swimminpool at the property. Travelling with five kids this was a great advantage. The communication with Maria and Javier before and during our stay was perfect. No problem at all. We would love to come back next time we are in the area.

A wonderful roomy flat in Segur Calafell

Very roomy, 3 bedroom, and large living area. modest kitchen. relatively well equipped though oven difficult to adjust. Owners are incredibly helpful, and were waiting for us when we arrived. Free parking in underground garage. There is a lovely pool, though in oct a bit cold as unheated. No air conditioning but fans in most rooms. Near many restaurants and shops. Quiet . Overall a wonderful place to stay only 30 minutes from Barcelona airport.

Vacaciones en família

Nos hemos alojado durante una semana en este apartamento y nos hemos sentido como en casa. Un lugar muy limpio y muy cómodo al disponer de tres habitacions y dos baños. La terraza es un espacio ideal para las comidas o cenas en familia y para que los más pequeños puedan jugar al aire libre. Hemos estado en família, con una peque de casi 4 años y un peque de uno. El estar a primera línia de mar facilita mucho la logística de ir a la playa en estas edades. La piscina también es un plus y al tener una para niños la hemos disfrutado todos. María Jesús ha estado siempre disponible y muy atenta con todas nuestras necesidades. Sus detalles para hacerlo más agradable y que nos sintamos bien hacen que lo recomendemos totalmente. Estamos seguros que volveremos. Muchas gracias por todo.

Un appartement très bien placé et très bien agencé

Un très bel appartement avec une situation exceptionnelle. Mer à 80m , piscine très propre et pataugeoire idéale. L'appartement est très propre et l'agencement idéal : la suite parentale avec salle de bain privée à l'opposé des autres chambres pour plus de tranquillité. Les propriétaires sont d'une attention rare : fuits frais dans le frigo , bières, sangria dans le frigo également. Des jouets enfants à profusion. Bref tout y es . Le seul petit bémol est l'absence de clim mais cet été a été particulièrement marqué par la canicule et une absence d'air la nuit . Mais des qu'il y a un peu de vent le courant d'air est très agréable et des ventilateur de plafond sont présents dans les chambres ce qui est très agréable. On y reviendra sans aucun doute.

Great apartment and looked after brilliantly

We have just returned from a lovely week in this apartment. The first thing to say is that Maria Jesus looked after us so well. Her communication was great and she went out of her way to help us when our train was cancelled and our travel arrangements changed completely. On arrival, she provided lots of useful information about the area and transport, and had put some goodies in the fridge for us, even finding me some almond and soya milk as I had said I was vegan. The property itself is just what we needed: simple but adequately equipped, right next to the beach, opened directly onto the communal and pool area. I was a little concerned that it might be hot inside but the ceiling fans and window shutters kept it nice and cool. There was plenty of linen and towels and also board games and DVDs, though these were mostly in Spanish. The pool and other communal areas were clean and well-maintained. The apartments and indeed the resort were predominately occupied by Spanish holiday makers. If you are looking for a resort geared towards the British or where English is widely spoken then this is probably not the place for you. But we enjoyed the more authentic experience. The resort is very well appointed with a lovely clean sandy beach, lots of restaurants, grocery stores and play areas. The train station is about a 15 minute walk away (we found the online train times very unreliable, it was better to go to the station and ask them for information), and from there you can get regular trains to Barcelona and other places. All in all, a great stay and thank you so much Maria Jesus.

El alojamiento perfecto. El apartamento reúne todas las condiciones para pasar unas vacaciones perfectas, sobre todo con niños. La acogida de los dueños es entrañable y ponen todo a disposición. Definitivamente recomendable.

Agréable appartement propre et proche de la mer

Nous sommes très gentillement accueilis par les propriétaires en plus’ il y avait de la glace pour les enfants, une assiette de fruits et de la biere et l’eau fraiche dans le frigo. Donc tres attentionnee! Bravo. L appartement en lui-même est spacieux, belle terrasse pour manger dehors. Les chambres sont bien. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et recommandions cette location.

ESTANCIA ENCANTADORA EN SEGUR DE CALAFEL

El apartamento es tal y como lo describen en la página. 3 habitaciones, 2 baños y salón comedor con sofá - cama amplio por el que se accede a la terraza. Según sales de la terraza te encuentras con la piscina, grande para ser la típica de urbanización. La playa está pegada solo tienes que cruzar la calle. Zona muy tranquila, ideal para familias. La casa la ocupamos 8 personas y estuvimos súper cómodos. El apartamento estaba impecable y muy limpio, además tiene absolutamente todo lo que se necesita en una casa. Los dueños son encantadores y estuvieron pendientes en todo momento de que no nos faltara de nada. Muy bien comunicado. A mitad de camino entre Barcelona y PortAventura. Si tuviéramos que valorar nuestra estancia, sería un 10.

Ideal para dos familias

Trato excelente a la llegada con regalo de bienvenida excepcional incluido. Se nos explicó todas las características de la casa con detalle. La ubicación es muy buena, la playa está justo delante y hay un supermercado a escasos metros de una de las salidas. Terraza magnífica y amplia para que los peques puedan jugar o tomar el sol. El apartamento muy bien distribuido y equipado, todo lo necesario para cocinar, varios juguetes para los peques y diferentes objetos para disfrutar en la playa. Maria Jesús es un encanto y muy cercana. Siempre está disponible para cualquier pregunta que le podamos hacer a través del móvil. Sin duda, si volviéramos unos días por la zona, contactaríamos con ella.

Ideal para relajarte en familia

Los anfitriones muy amables y nos dejaron bebidas y frutas fresquita , un gran detalle por su parte. La casa aunque un poco anticuada, ideal para estar en familia y todo muy bien cuidado y limpio y la ubicación inmejorable
