Paulo is an excellent host. Very nice accommodations. Location is in walking distance to everything you need. This is our second time staying at this location. We will book again on our next stay.

Nice location close to averything

The only desenvantge was we add a lady with ashma and was not mention that there is 39 steps to get to apartment that was the only dow falt

Hello Joe, Thank you for your review. When it is not mentioned in the listing that there is an elevator, it means that there is no elevator, take that tip for future bookings. Another tip: we did not mention that there are 39 steps but it is mentioned in the title of the listing that the apartment is in the 2nd floor. In Europe the ground floor does not count as a floor, so 2nd floor here = 3rd floor in USA/Canada. If you have a person with ashma, then you should be more careful looking at the listings before booking. If you look at our reviews in other platforms, most people don't compain about the stairs so I advise you take a good look and use the messaging system provided by the same platforms to ask questions before booking. Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig fast gegenüber der Bushaltestelle und es gibt auch Parkplätze und ein 2 Minuten entfernten Supermarkt, der für die Azoren eine gute Auswahl bietet.Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos und hat eine Klimaanlage.Von den bodentiefen Fenstern kann man das Meer sehen und den Aussichtspunkt.In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum und am Stadtstrand.Manchmal hört man die Flugzeuge, die auf Terceira landen.Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und auch Spülmittel, Geschirrspültaps, Geschirrtücher waren vorhanden.

The host was amazing, very kind always willing to help or assist if anything neededThis property was perfect walking distance to grocery stores next to a pharmacy and small cafe.Parking in the back as well in the front. Bus access outside . Close to everything you need stores restaurants. Small garden, coffee shops walking distance to the beach and great paths if you like to walk.It was a wonderful holiday will definitely come back and stay here.

Highly recommend this breezy apartment

If I ever return to Terceira, I would definitely want to stay here, or at another of this host's properties, again. The apartment was very spacious and even offered a full kitchen and laundry facilities. We were personally welcomed by the host, who pointed out all the great perks of the space. Glass doors opened fully to let in the sea breeze and we had a view of the bay too. The location was perfect for us, just a quick stroll from the beach and waterfront restaurants, and right next to a grocery store and a bus stop from which we could easily ride to Angra or the airport. The town looks bigger on a map, but everything is actually really close to each other.
