Buena ubicación
Dos terrazas con dos orientaciones que facilita disfrutar desde el desayuno a la cena disfrutando de la brisa del mar.
La ubicación es extraordinaria al estar muy cerca de la playa y tener un parque justo delante que permite tener sensación de libertad por no estar encajonado entre edificios
Este apartamento en concreto tiene tiene un sofá cama en el salón algo incómodo,

Supervacaciones!!
Hemos estado 15 días y la verdad que muy agusto. La urbanización es muy tranquila y está muy bien ubicada, a un paso de la playa. Mis hijas han disfrutado muchísimo en la piscina , que era estupenda. En cuanto al apartamento está bien equipado y nos han atendido muy bien cuando lo hemos necesitado. La cafetera fallaba y de seguida nos trajeron una nueva. Tiene dos terrazas fantásticas una más pequeña con bonitas vistas y otra más grande donde disfrutar de una cena agradable.

Situación perfecta, descanso mejorable...
La situación del apartamento perfecta, al lado de un parque y de la playa, la pega que se duerme fatal tanto en la cama como en el sofá cama, muy incómodos, a parte como no hay persianas que puedas bajar en cuanto se hace de día te entra toda la luz del sol y ya no hay forma de dormirte.
También te cogen 200€ de fianza con la amenaza de que si gastas X en luz te lo descoptarán de la fianza por lo que tampoco enchufas el aire acondicionado a gusto pensando en el clavazo que te pueden pegar. Quitando camas y el gasto de luz el resto perfecto.

Te comento: la cama es nueva de este año y el sofá-cama tiene poco tiempo también. Trasladaremos estas observaciones al propietario.
El apartamento dispone de porticones de madera que permiten bloquear la luz del sol. Qué lástima que no os dieseis cuenta ni nos preguntárais.
Sentimos que os sintieseis amenazados, para nada es la intención. Pero nos permite explicar lo mismo que os decimos a todos al reservar, porque es la verdad: en estos más de 5 años son contados los casos que han excedido el consumo razonable y siempre han sido importes pequeños de 5 €, 7 €... en total, por la estancia. Esta medida solo está para fomentar el uso responsable (apagar el aire cuando no se está en casa, cuando se abren las ventanas...).

correcto pero mejorable
Ropa cama y baño regular muy desgastadas y aunque la limpieza en general no estaba mal el dormitorio tenia un olor muy malo no sabría decir que era

Una semana estupenda
La verdad que en general todo estupendo el piso la playa y los alrededores ha sido una semana estupenda
Bueno yo diría que casi nada por decir algo quizás el colchón y el sofá cama si le haría falta un cambio y el menaje textil escaso por lo demás todo estupendo
