Beautiful Quiet Unit Steps From Maui's Finest beaches

Aloha from the beautiful valley isle! We are proud to share our little slice of paradise with you and your ohana. This unit is located directly across the street from Kamaole Beach park II located in KIHEI KAI NANI. There are restaurants, shopping and endless activities with in walking distance. We provide 1 stop shopping so just grab your suit, beach towels and chairs that we provide and your day is set. This can be the fun yet relaxing vacation you have been dreaming about. And you deserve it!

The unit is well equipped with all the comforts of home. You will find the condo clean and cozy with a garden view off your large 2nd floor balcony. The location is cool and quiet with an A/c, dishwasher washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen to whip up a feast or just go cruise at the barbecue area. We purchased a high end sofa coach so the unit can handle a family up to 3. We also have a flat screen TV with free wi-fi.

The complex has a nice large pool area, many barbecue areas as well as shuffle board. Security is always on sight for your protection.

The area has everything you need. Beaches, surf, whale watching, sunset walks and lots of choices of shops and restaurants. Drive near by to golf and resort amenities. Maui provides many different activities and breath taking sights to enjoy. We look forward to your stay.

There is a $175 fee for cleaning for all stays,

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We leave 5 tide pods to start the laundry. This helps us turn the condo quickly so we can hopefully let you in early and start your vacation.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We have a $175 cleaning fee
Please start the sheets and towels prior to leaving. Allows us to clean the unit quicker so you can get in on time or early.
If house rules are not followed- $100 will be deducted from your deposit-

The condo was perfect for my wife and I. Check-in and out was very simple, and the hosts were very quick to respond. The appliances are in good working order and there is plenty of utensils for cooking and eating. The condo is well maintained and clean. we will stay again!

This was the perfect condo for us. Nice walking distance to the beach and many of the restaurants and shops we love. Orrin and Heidi were great hosts. They are fast to respond. Also they were very kind and understanding when had delays with our flights to Maui. The lanai was perfect for morning coffee. No view of the beach but was private with all the trees and always had birds singing to you. I was grateful for the washer and dryer, it's nice to clean clothes and dry suits to take home.

Was really disappointed to see Myron’s review. We tried to reach out to him to get more details on what he didn’t like? Never responded to my text and e-mails. not sure what he was talking about regarding our location. We always respond within 24 hours if not sooner. He must have reached out to Expedia because there was no communication on the VRBO thread. We clean and maintain our unit ourselves. it is clean with everything working and well cared for. We let Myron check in early and brought him a Fire Stix to use premium channels. Also brought him a few new beach towels. Never heard from him again so we assumed he was happy. Thanks for wrecking our ratings.

In the best part of Kihei in my opinion. Not the fanciest condo, but very good for the price, clean, and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and helpful with everything we asked for.

This condo is unique in that it is secluded and quiet yet a very short walk to great beaches, Kamaole Beaches 1,2 and 3, and affordable good eateries. Owners are responsive to guest inquiries and needs and they keep the unit in excellent condition.

We can’t wait to come back. Best location and quiet since it’s in the back of the neighborhood. Heidi and Orrin made it extra special. Great space and mostly shaded which was key as it can get hot but the place stayed cool

Orrin & Heidi Cross are long time Maui residents of over 30 years. Orrin's mom moved from California in the 70's and this started the love for the island life style. Orrin went into the restaurant business in the Bay Area and soon moved to the islands to pursue his restaurant career. Orrin & Heidi met at the restaurant Orrin currently runs. I fired and married my Michigan girl. We have been happily married now for over 15 years. Orrin runs a large restaurant on the west side. Heidi has a plant business and farms up country. We wanted a place to stay closer to the ocean. We love the beaches in Kihei, and have wanted to buy a spot down here for years. Heidi has had fun decorating the unit to give it a nice home feeling. We look forward to our guests feed back and hope you all fall in love with Maui like we have.
