Exquisite lakefront condo with stunning views! King-size Master + Queen-size Guest.
Highly desirable ground-floor / corner unit with plenty of shade.
Imagine relaxing in your very own wrap-around veranda, which is screened-in, tiled, and has ceiling fans! Amazing views of the lake and wildlife directly from your living room windows. Sunshine streams through the windows, filtered by the leaves and branches of the lush plants surrounding the screened in veranda. Please note that we continually upgrade our vacation rentals and recently removed the older "tub/shower" and replaced it with a modern walk-in shower. So now we have 2 baths with 2 walk-in showers!

Watch the turtles, ducks and swans from the comfort of your private outdoor space.
You can walk around the lake on the boardwalk to admire the babbling creek and the gushing waterfall. During one stroll, a guest counted 32 turtles around the lake! Fishing is permitted with a catch and release policy.

Everything about this home is luxurious. Hi quality cotton sheets to snuggle into. Abundant fluffy pillows. Plenty of towels including pool towels.
Watch your favorite shows on the new 50" flat-screen HD smart-television from the comfort of your king-size memory foam mattress bed in the privacy of your tranquil master suite. Free WiFi, Free Wireless Internet

The community offers a HEATED swimming pool surrounded by cactus and beautiful bougainvillea, where you can spend the day or evening simply relaxing. Next to the pool is a hot tub and private tennis courts. Our unit is steps away from the pool.

A great vacation that is minutes from all of the metro area's greatest attractions.
Immediate neighborhood has many restaurants to choose from including: Pappadeaux Seafood, Olive Garden, Bobby-Q's (voted best in the US), Garciaš authentic Mexican, Red Lobster, Lone Star, OutBack Steakhouse, Black Angus, Desert Rose Steak House, Sizzler, Chili's, plus many more. Easy access to highways - located 1 block from the I-17. Close to all the fantastic sporting events and Spring Training. And best of all.. .only 18 minutes to/from the airport (non-rush hour).

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.

There is a limit of 4 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed the home's maximum guests count of 4 people.

Everything was just as described. The location in the city was good and the location of the condo on the property was great. It was a first floor corner unit with an enclosed patio facing the lake. Perfect! On our next trip to Phoenix, we will definitely want to stay here again. Communication with the host was clear, prompt, and helpful. All good!

The host was great at communicating with us about our arrival and stay. The condo was very clean and was as shown in the pictures and descriptions. The kitchen had everything we needed and is close to a Walmart for getting supplies for our stay. The master bed was comfortable. It was only my husband and I so we didn't use the 2nd bedroom. We really enjoyed our morning walks around the lake. We would definitely stay again when visiting Phoenix.

Millie is excellent! Very accommodating. The condo was perfect. Very clean and decorated beautifully. The check in and check out process was perfect, the instructions she provided made it very simple. Millie contacted us after a couple days to make sure everything was good and to see if we had any questions, we were very impressed that the host would follow up with the guests to make sure there no concerns. The lake was just outside our patio. It was awesome to walk around the lake or to sit on the patio and enjoy the view. The pool area is close to the condo unit also which made it very convenient. All in all it was a perfect experience. We will definitely be going back next year.Denny & Leslie

We had a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was provided for us…and then some! The condo was lovely- especially the screened in porch which overlooks the lake! We spent a lot of free time there. We would highly recommend this great place!

Check-in was easy with the lockbox. Kitchen had the basic supplies in it. Notebook had some dining and shopping ideas, as well as all the check out criteria. The condo is easy access to 17 and 101.Beautiful sunset from the condo

The facility was great just as described. Cleanliness was immaculate. It was very quiet and evening noise was minimal. Cooked out at one of the grills and they were well taken care of. Communication with the host was easy. They had an amazing loop around the lake and enjoyed it everu morning and evening. Covered porch was so relaxing and peaceful especially when it rained. Some suggestions would be to have addtl supplies ie. aluminum foil and some storage bags for small items. A smaller cooler would be nice also. They were very well stocked in condimentsand those small necessities. I will definately stay here again or with the host and other facilities in the future

Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful experience. The condo was super clean. We bring our own cleaning wipes and even the closet shelf was immaculate. Pool at hot tub were great. Very relaxing stay.

I fell in love with this home as I am sure everyone else will because of it's stunning views of the lake and the feeling of serenity and peacefulness within the home. The home is like a very private retreat but at the same time you can experience the community by walking the shores of the lake or relaxing at the heated pool.
