Welcome to El Amanecer 01, a beautiful beachfront penthouse with sea views in Denia. This fully equipped accommodation is perfect for enjoying a relaxing holiday by the sea. Located in a complex highly valued by tourists, it offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The attic has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with capacity for up to 4 people.

The master bedroom has a king size bed of 200x180cm, whilst the second bedroom has 2 single beds of 200x90cm.

Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fan for your comfort.

The bathrooms are fully equipped, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.



Kitchen



The American kitchen is fully equipped with an electric ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and all necessary utensils.

The living-dining room has air conditioning, television with satellite channels in several languages and WiFi connection so you can enjoy unlimited entertainment.

The exterior is spectacular. Enjoy 2 spacious terraces with sea and pool views, a well-maintained communal garden, direct access to the fine sand beach and a barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals.

The complex features a communal swimming pool open year-round and a private parking space in the same building.



The location is ideal for families. You are just 25 metres from the beach, 300 metres from the nearest supermarket, 100 metres from restaurants and cafés, and 2 kilometres from Denia town centre. The area is very quiet and offers plenty of privacy. You have access to a regular bus line less than 100 metres away for easy travel.



Nearby you will find sports activities such as water skiing, tennis, horse riding, diving, windsurfing and golf. The airports of Valencia and Alicante are less than 100 kilometres away. The accommodation does not allow pets or smoking, and is especially suitable for families with children.

Es el segundo año que vamos y seguimos encantados con el apartamento y el enclave donde se encuentra. Hemos pasado unos días de descanso en un ambiente de tranquilidad absoluta y con Denia centro a un paso. Es cierto que en Septiembre todo es más fácil para los desplazamientos.

Apartamento bien situado y con una terraza espectacular, muy bien amueblada y equipada, hasta con barbacoa. La piscina de la terraza superior toda una pasada. Ante cualquier pequeña incidencia, Marisol y Juan siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte. En definitiva, un apartamento para repetir.

Only one thing to say, super apartment and the beach's best location! The barbecue on the terrace against the evening sun topped it all. Have you rented this apartment, then it's just to start enjoying your stay :-) Regards two satisfied Norwegian familie
