We are located in Canmore, just 3 mins outside the Banff National Park gates, and another 15 mins to Banff townsite... perfectly positioned for your mountain adventures!

This property is ideal for 4-6 persons, but can sleep up to 7 persons. Be sure to see BED/BATH CONFIGURATION section for details. (Note: We also have another unit right next door to this one. If rented together, we are perfect for larger groups, with the ability to sleep up to 15 persons!)

Aesthetics and comfort are given equal emphasis at this artistic 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo loft, furnished with artistic and rustic decor complementing the rugged outdoors. Just 2 blocks from Main Street, the downtown location means that grocery stores, restaurants, art galleries, trendy cafes are all at your doorstep! We are also just a short half block to an integrated creekside trail system that showcases jaw-dropping views of the stunning Canadian Rockies!


The loft features 23-foot vaulted ceilings, soaring 8-foot walls of glass flanking a cozy log/river stone fireplace & hi-speed wireless internet. Enjoy stunning views whether you are lounging in bed, relaxing on the sofa or window daybed, working out in the gym or soaking in the shared rooftop/indoor hot tub!

While we welcome children, please be advised that our custom-made barnwood and log furniture is crafted by hand and rustic. As a result, some pieces may have the occasional splinter and sharp edge. Should parents of young children should decide to book our property, they will bear full responsibility for their children.

DISCLAIMERS: Please be aware due to mountain conditions, we cannot guarantee 24/7 wifi as provider outages that are beyond our control sometimes can occur. The hot-tubs are shared amenities and are subject to periodic closure for cleaning/maintenance. There are 3 hot-tubs in the building complex (2 rooftop and 1 indoor), so there is usually at least one that is open. However, we cannot guarantee availability as the cleaning/maintenance schedule is beyond our control.

BED/BATH CONFIGURATION:
This condo is 2 BRs, 2 baths and 1000 square foot. This loft is ideal for 7 persons, but in order to help our guests save money, we have added many auxillary sleeping surfaces (e.g. sofabed, trundle beds and daybed).

Main level bedroom: One queen bed, plus a twin spare mattress under bed. Sleeps 3 persons. There is a separate conventional full bathroom next door (North American-style bathtub with wall-mounted shower).

Loft level bedroom and open-style bathroom (note that this area is open to living room below): One queen bed, plus a twin trundle. Sleeps 3 persons. Full en suite bath includes a standup shower stall with frosted shower door.

Living room: One double pull-out queen sleeper sofabed, and 1 twin daybed. Sleeps 3.

Overall, our stay was fine. The location is great (close to everything). The suite was clean, other than the carpets on the main floor which are very dirty. They need a good cleaning or possibly replacement. Our check-in was a bit late because the cleaning person was still in the room at the appointed check-in time (4pm). The kitchen sink tap works but needs to be tightened up because the whole fixture turns when the spout is turned. The furniture on the main floor is way too large for the suite. I understand the need to seat as many people as possible, but the couch and day bed are massive and take up way too much space. My biggest issue with this property is that you have to pay for it in US dollars. Really hate this for Canadian properties. Won't stay here again.

This condo was in the perfect location in Canmore. The online description was exactly how the condo was equipped. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. We would definitely stay there again.

Canmore - May visit

Accommodation was clean but could use a paint touch up. Owner was awesome and very responsive. Building is very quiet and clean. Location is great for us. Close to groceries/ Canadian tire liquor and restaurants. Park your car and walk to everything. Would rent again.

Communication with owner was excellent. It was fun to sit on the couch and see the mountains. Downtown restaurants were within walking distance and not as crowded as Banff. Having major groceries stores, Starbucks, and pizza place in the immediate area was convenient.

Very convenient location

The convenience of the location was great - walking distance to all our needs - while still having a fantastic view. The owner provided detailed instructions for everything. We liked that Canmore is less touristy than Banff.

The instructions to access the apartment were very detailed and we were a little concerned we may have trouble. It all worked, thank fully. The location was good, walkable to shops and restaurants. We were 2 couples sharing, and the loft style open bathroom was a surprise, and offered no really privacy. (We misunderstood the description thinking the bedroom was open but not the bathroom as well).Luckily we were right near the gym and could use their washroom. Different I guess if staying with family. It was quite warm when we stayed and made use of the pedestal fan, as the upstairs room was uncomfortably hot for sleeping. Instructions that were in the apartment seemed out of date and key for hottub was missing. We had friends staying next door and found our key in their apartment. We wouldn't stay again as the negatives outwayed the positives.

The renter was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The place accommodated our group very nicely. We did run out of toilet paper and paper towel and there was no restock anywhere to be found which was a little inconvenient but we made it work. Would recommend this place for sure.

Beautiful condo, great location.

Some friends and I stayed overnight. The condo was clean and well stocked. Directions clearly provided regarding access, hottub, parking etc... Walking distance to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. The add advertises sleeps 8-9. We were 8 and did not see where the 9th person would sleep. Dissapoineed with the late check in (5pm) and early check out (1030am). I would recommend this condo to friends and family.

Wonderful location only one concern

Traveled from Ann Arbor Michigan for our 40th anniversary to the Banff area. Canmore appeared to be a convenient location and the price was right. It turned out it was convenient(15-20 minutes to downtown Banff, about 45 minutes to Lake Louise) and we didn't have to deal with the crowds in downtown Banff or Lake Louise. The condo has garage parking and 2 super markets were behind the complex within a five-minute walk. The stay was quiet during the night. Nice feature was the use of the Banff National Park Pass. The kitchen had the complete set of functioning, clean appliances. The two beds were comfortable. Had an issue with the tv (it received its programming from the internet), but once I brought it to the management company's attention it was corrected. The only concern we had is if you figure you will be staying in a 2 bedroom condo for 7 nights you would have access to laundry facilities within the condo or the condo complex. We didn't and it appeared to be behind a locked door. We would return if the laundry facilities were made available.

Great Location in Beautiful Canadian Rockies

The property was perfect for our group of four friends. We had a great time hiking and it was nice not staying directly in Banff with the throngs of tourists. There was a beautiful trail just across the street to run on every morning and the fact that the condo was right next to the Safeway meant that we got to have fun cooking too! Thanks for a great experience!

Beautiful condo in a convenient location

Spotless, secure and nicely decorated condo. Large, clean hot tub on top of building has wonderful view of the mountains. Building is walking distance to two supermarkets and close driving distance to restaurants and sites. The free wifi, Netflix and park pass was much appreciated. We recommend Iron Goat Pub and Grill and the Grizzly Haus restaurants. We hiked Sulfer Mountain and soaked in the Banaff Hot Springs. Lake Louise was a treat . We went horseback riding from Lake Louise to Lake Agnes Tea House with Brewster Adventures and highly recommend it. We would rent it again!

great location

We had a great time staying at this condo, we were a group of 4 adults and one baby. We paid an additional fee to have a pack and play and high chair available, so it was easy to be there with a baby. The upstairs bathroom was a little awkward but was fine. The location is really convenient, it was about an hour of beautiful scenic driving to lake Louise, and the condo itself is in a shopping strip mall with safeway and liquor stores and starbucks. Providing a park pass is a definite perk. They do not advertise a grill, but it would have been great to have for our stay. 4 stars because of no air conditioning on a hot june weekend.

Beautiful stay

This condo is a great gateway to Banff and the beautiful Canadian Rockies. Very close to the Banff National Park gates. The rustic style furnishings were very inviting and matched the tone of the town. Very convenient having Safeway grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, and Starbucks in the same centre as the condo. Some small quirks-the upstairs loft room and bathroom have no doors, so it can be kind of awkward. We had to buy toilet paper. But the beauty of the place, the view, and the location more than make up for it. We can't wait to return!

Great place to stay in Canmore/Banff area!

My husband and I spent 3 nights here last week. Everything was wonderful! The condo is well designed and a lot of attention was given to the details - including a pass to the Park. The kitchen was well-supplied with dishes, cookware and cooking utensils. The grocery store was nearby and so were some really good restaurants. All within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again and have already begun recommending it to friends!

The stay was very nice. The home was warm and welcoming. It was clean and quiet. I just caution you that their advertisement for price is in US Dollars. Suddenly the $974.70 becomes $1357ish if you are from Canada. There are plenty of other rentals in Canmore offering the same amenities for $974.70CND that we will stay with the next time.

Travel is somewhat of an obsession with us, and having traveled extensively in over 50 countries, we can quite safely say that the Canadian Rockies (and especially Banff National Park) still holds up as one of our favorite spots in the world.

Why they chose this property

We fell head over heels in love with this awe-inspiring location during a vacation here and had hardly scratched the surface of available activities in those 2 weeks. When we realized that it would take a lifetime to enjoy the gifts of the area, we quickly decided that we wanted to own a slice of heaven... to have a special place to rejuvenate our minds, reassess our priorities and recalibrate our lives.

We first purchased one penthouse loft, loved it so much that we purchased another loft! Hence, we now have TWO SIDE-BY-SIDE lofts that we are proud to share with you. these 2 lofts can be rented separately, or together (for large groups).

What makes this property unique

You won't find another property with such meticulously hand-crafted furnishings. From live bark diamond willow log bed and barnwood bed accented with coffee bag burlap, to the massive barnwood armoire with green atinaed copper door anxd dogwood twig accents... virtually every piece of furniture was designed and commissioned by us, lovingly crafted by skillful Canadian and American artists. In most cases, the artists traveled to our home to personally install their masterpieces, so as not to leave their prized works of art in the hands of shipping companies!

But unique decor is not the only benefit. MASSIVE walls of glass with jaw-dropping views, plus a location that is unsurpassed... make our properties winners with large and small groups alike!
