Soča House really is as beautiful as it looks in the photographs and any guests that stay here find it hard to leave at the end of their holiday.

It is very spacious apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge/diner, terrace and very large garden.

It is a great place to just sit back and relax or to try the many outdoor activities available on the doorstep.

Bedroom one has an en-suite shower room and a large double bed.

Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with two single beds.

Bedroom three is ideal for children with bunk beds. Travel cots also available if needed.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung an der Soca

Die sehr schöne, gepflegte, saubere und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung unweit der Soca war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für einen schönen Familienurlaub.

Männerurlaub

Wir haben zu sechst eine Woche im Haus verbracht und dabei die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss sowie die Wohnung im ersten Stock gemietet. So hatte jeder von uns ein Zimmer. Der Zuschnitt ist gleich: Jeweils ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und eigenem Bad, ein kleineres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten sowie ein kleines Zimmer mit einem Stockbett. Zudem jeweils ein weiteres Badezimmer und eine Wohnküche. Unten große Terrasse, oben großer Balkon. Haus und Garten stellen sich in der Realität noch schöner als auf den Bildern dar. Die Lage ist optimal: Einerseits ruhige Alleinlage mit großem Garten und schönem Blick in die Berge, andererseits ist man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß an der Soca mit Napoleonbrücke, in 10 Minuten am Supermarkt und in 15 Minuten in der Dorfmitte. Dort mehrere Restaurants. Kobarid und Umgebung laden zu zahlreichen Aktivitäten ein. Die Vermieterin Dolores ist sehr nett und antwortet sofort auf alle Fragen. Es hat alles gepasst. Leider endet jeder Urlaub irgendwann, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Een prachtige, geheel vrij gelegen vakantiewoning en toch dicht bij het dorp Kobarid (loopafstand)

Wij hebben met drie personen twee weken in augustus in het appartement op de eerste etage gelogeerd. Over de hele breedte is er een mooi en overdekt balkon. Daar hebben we ontbeten, geluncht, geborreld en avondeten gegeten. Bij mooi weer kan je helemaal buiten leven. Ook bij een regenbui trouwens, want het balkon heeft een ruim overhangend dak. De woonkamer met open keuken is gezellig ingericht. In de drie slaapkamers (waarvan eentje met stapelbed) staan goede bedden. Eén slaapkamer heeft een eigen douchecel en wc. De andere badkamer is ruim, licht en heeft een fijne douche. De verhuurders waren toevallig ook in Kobarid. Zij zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden een heel prettig contact. Kortom, een fijne vakantiewoning op een mooie locatie net buiten het dorp met veel privacy. Absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar.

Fantastic property, great location and views. Lovely garden and balcony. Perfect for families.

We stayed in the first floor apartment which was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was brilliant, a few hundred metres from Napoleon bridge with plenty of great swimming spots. Walkable to town and supermarket, about 15mins. Balcony and views were stunning. Kobarid is a perfect location for exploring the area and activities, X-point in town were amazing for rafting, bikes and hiring wet suits etc (the river is cold be warned!). Lovely biking and hiking routes and we enjoyed the Karin cable car in Bovec and Tolmin Gorge. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Our family of 5 with teenage boys had a magical week and could not have picked a better property or location.

Great vacation in a nice environment

Lovely cottage just outside Kobarid. Very relaxing, the environment is superb. We could do a lot of activities - kayaking, paragliding, swimming… We were a the first floor - loved the covered balcony. Well equipped. Warm welcome by Dolores.

Große tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage direkt am Soča River.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen tollen großen Balkon mit Möbiliar. Alles war sehr sauber und man hat nichts vermisst. Dolores war immer in Kontakt und gut erreichbar. Es gibt dazu noch einen hauseigenen Grill und Garten den man benutzen kann. Das Zentrum von Kobarid mit seinen Restaurants, Apotheken und Abenteueragenturen sind zu Fuß innerhalb von 5-8 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Fluß innerhalb von 3 Minuten. Alles in allem können wir (5 Erwachsene) die Wohnung und das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Perfect holiday in a perfect apartment.

The Socca House is situated in a very beautiful environment. The house was perfect. We felt very welcome when we arrived. Dolores helped us when there was any problem. We loved the terrace, the rooms were nicely decorated.

Fantastic stay in a great environment

We stayed with 5 men for a week mountainbiking. The house was fantastic, very very good stay and friendly owners. The environment is superb, great riding! We enjoyed our stay. The bbq in the garden was nice....some fresh trout...red wine....thank you!

Lovely cottage in peaceful country setting

Cottage modern, fresh, clean and tidy. Lovely place to both relax and explore from. Local river a bit cold for swimming in, but on a hot summers day, great a quick cooling off in. Lake Bohinj two hours drive away better for any longer paddling and swimming, along with easy hire of kayaks/canoes/paddle boards and such. Didn't try any raffling/canyoning/kayaking on the Soca river, but if we stay there again, it is a must to try.
