FREE on-site Pickleball/Tennis

You can see, hear and smell the Atlantic Ocean from this fourth floor Island Club villa in an oceanfront building. From the balcony, you can watch the ocean as you sip your morning coffee and you can see panoramic views as you relax. The balcony overlooks the courtyard and looks to the ocean and is accessed from both the living room and the front bedroom.
The living room is comfortable and from one couch the ocean can be viewed. The full kitchen opens to the dining/living area. The dining area easily accommodates six people. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. The front bedroom with an ocean view has a king bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a twin bed and standard bed. The second bathroom with tub/shower is accessed from the hallway. Televisions are in the living room and both bedrooms. Wireless internet is available throughout the unit. The building has elevators and luggage carts are available.
Island Club is an oceanfront, family oriented, gated community with 24 hour security and offers an outstanding vacation environment. The community has five private beach accesses for owner/guest usage only, with beach mats that lead to the hard pack sand and equipped with showering stations. The main beach access includes a large sun deck and has bench seating and a chair area. Also, there are picnic tables, with gas and charcoal grills. Not only is it an oceanfront resort, it also has a main swimming pool and a separate tanning pool with lounge chairs in the water. Additionally, there is a children's pool with a mushroom waterfall. A playground for younger children is adjacent to a large well-manicured lawn.
Tennis enthusiasts may enjoy one of the many tennis courts, 2 of which are lighted for night play. Also available are pickleball courts, outdoor basketball courts, exercise room and catch and release fishing lagoons. Bikes may be rented from the on-site tennis pro shop. Island Club Resort is located mid-island and this villa with the resort amenities will provide for a serene, peaceful and relaxing vacation.

We love island club and have been staying at these condos for years. We love the location of this unit as it has the perfect view of the ocean but can still see my little one at the playground. Thanks for a great week!

Beautiful beachside condo

The condo had a beautiful view from the fourth story balcony and had easy access to both stairs and the elevator. Although it overlooked playground in shared space, it wasn’t noisy. Accommodations were great for a family of four. The staff was very nice and check-in was super easy. And you could walk out the front door and have your feet in the ocean within five minutes.

Fantastic stay!

My wife and I spent a fantastic week at this Hilton Head condo. It was clean and centrally located. The view of the ocean from the balcony was wonderful. It was a short walk to the beach. Rick, our host, was very accommodating. We highly recommend this property.

Peaceful spot for a family getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at Island Club! This property is very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the tennis court and basketball court during our stay. The location to the beach is great; the walk is short, and there are outdoor games to enjoy along the way! We didn’t use the pool because it is pretty small and was busy. But, for a beach front property, you can’t beat this. Coffee on the balcony was perfect. The location on the island is convenient. Thank you for a great stay!

Great complex!

Condo was everything we needed. We were traveling with our two year old son. He enjoyed the pools and the beach. Condo didnt have too much stuff inside for him to get into, which was a plus! Wife is already talking about coming back again!

Amazing condo and relaxing stay!

The condo is even better than the pictures show. You are close enough to not only see the ocean but to hear it as well. The condo was spotless. We were there in the spring but it was so quiet! There was plenty of parking and the gated community/security was great. The key-less entry was super convenient for our family as well. Rick is quick to respond and very accommodating. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Exceeded Expectations!

The property was as pictured. The view from the balcony was better than the pics…spectacular open beach views! Island Club is an older property but well kept. Amenities were great…heated pool, hot tub, tennis and bike rentals on site. Kitchen was decently stocked for a holiday stay. Furniture seemed updated and was comfortable. Mattress in primary suite was of average comfort. Beach chairs were appreciated! A great stay overall!

Family friendly condominium in a great location

I stayed here with my wife and twin daughters for a full week. The property is well-maintained and is conveniently located to the playground, beach, and pool area. We had fun spending time on the beach, riding our bikes on the beach, and spending time at the pool. The children's pool worked out great for our 21 month-old daughters. They were able to wade right into the water and enjoyed splashing around. The property manager was responsive during the reservation process and provided us timely updates prior to our arrival. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing family vacation.

Truly wonderful location. Balcony view in "real life" even better than the photo on VRBO site. Easy to get in touch with the host when needed. Check in went exactly as planned. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Great cupboard full of beach chairs, body board and kid toys. Well equipped kitchen as far as pots, pans, plates etc. One heads up: believe the host when he sends you the list of what is provided as that is really all. EXCEPT there's salt, pepper and coffee filters. I kind of didn't pay as much attention as I should have because it was a VRBO and I just figured there'd be random spices, plastic wrap/baggies, laundry supplies etc like other places I have stayed in the VRBO universe. As I said - they are quite transparent about what is provided; I just didn't pay attention. If you are more than just one like me this trip and/or are there for longer you may need to bring laundry pods, alum foil and such. Back to the beginning though - DO NOT pass up this location. This unit is in a great location even WITHIN the building itself. Easy walk to the beach and wonderful balcony view. Great Place!
