Aruba Beach Getaway is one half of a standalone duplex. By itself Aruba Beach Getaway is one of the best four-bedroom properties on North Padre Island. It is part of the Leeward Bay subdivision but sits separate from the rest of the townhouses. Guests will enjoy a heated saltwater pool that is right outside the back patio gate. Lounge poolside and cook up the days catch on one of the multiple grills available for guest use. You will be a short walk away from the beach, numerous restaurants, night life spots and tourist shops are just a couple miles away as well.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-NOT PET FRIENDLY.

-Together both sides of this duplex will accommodate 32 guests with a total of 9 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Give Padre Escapes a call if you would like to book both sides.
-The garage space is not available, however additional storage space is available on the fully fenced-in back patio and along the partially fenced walkway leading up to the front door.
