The apartment:
The LIGHTHOUSE apartment in Sitges is bright and modern in style and is a particularly charming apartment due to the fresh and light colors used in the decoration of the set.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a small and quiet apartment building with lift.



From the living room, the guest enjoys views and direct access onto a good size terrace. The terrace is equipped with a large outdoor table with matching chairs and a sun lounger, perfect for taking a nap after an exciting morning on the beach.



The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed where 2 guests can sleep upon request and a dining table with chairs.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything the guest might need for a self-catering stay. There is a small utility room by the kitchen including the washing machine.



The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a large double bed 160x200cm and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom has 1 double bed, so it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Each bedroom has a fitted wardrobe.

Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with free wifi, central heating and an AC unit in the living room.



All guests staying at the LIGHTHOUSE apartment can enjoy the well taken care communal pool and garden.

All pools are available to swim from June to September, both included. If you plan to visit us outside this period of time and having access to a pool is a must for you, please, contact us before confirming your booking to double check that the pool of your choice is ready to be used. Some pools are closed during the cooler months for maintenance works.

There is also a private space at the ground level of the building for the LIGHTHOUSE apartment guests, suitable to park a small or medium size car.



We also manage the BITACORA apartment, located in the same residential complex so, if you book both properties together, we can accommodate large groups of up to 10 guests.



The LIGHTHOUSE apartment in Sitges is really a great option to feel like you’re on vacation in a relaxing spot but close to all our town has to offer.

This property has video surveillance elements. These elements are only operational when the property is uninhabited (periods without reservations) in order to avoid theft and occupation. The devices can also be disabled by the guests by closing the optical lens.



The surroundings:
The LIGHTHOUSE apartment is located in the quiet neighborhood of El Vinyet, surrounded by residential apartment buildings and luxury villas.

The famous Sitges promenade, a 2 Km palm tree avenue by the beach, is only 300 meters or 3 minutes’ walk away and the bars, restaurants and shops in the center are 6 minutes’ away, so there is no need for a car while staying at the LIGHTHOUSE apartment.

Pets, parties and smoking NOT allowed.

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. The cost of this tax is 1€ (VAT not included) per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. This amount is payable to your greeter upon arrival at the property.

As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.

Any check-in later than 9pm has an extra cost of 40€.

Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.
