This beautiful beach/ocean view home was recently featured on HGTV's Beach Hunter!!!

We continue to upgrade the house and keep it in top shape for your 5 star review. A coffee/wine bar was recently added to master bedroom. All the wood floors have been replaced, new paint and many other upgrades throughout.

We purchased a 2024 6 person golf cart that will be at the rental if it is operational at the time of your rental. Walk or drive the golf cart to some of the area’s rare coastal dune lakes and explore all of the beauty that South Walton has to offer. We cannot be responsible for issues with the golf cart that may need maintenance and be unavailable for your stay. We are not responsible for paying or providing for an alternate golf cart for your use. Since this is a brand new cart in 2024, we hope to have limited interruptions in availability. A separate cart rental agreement will need to be signed prior to use. No one under the age of 21 is allowed to drive and renters are responsible for any damage, liability or loss and for providing the primary insurance.

Cypress Dunes is a beautiful gated village of luxurious beach homes located at the west end of scenic 30-A. This picturesque community is surrounded by the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Just miles from the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin, our home offers all the conveniences of great restaurants and shopping while providing the serenity of a quiet beachfront community. We have a security camera inside the garage.

The beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are about a 15 minute walk, 5 minute bicycle ride, or a quick drive to public access with free parking, public bathrooms and showers and life guards on duty March thru September. Public beach assess is all along 30A and the first is 0.5 miles from community entrance.

Topsail Hill is a 1,640-acre Florida State Park. It offers a wide variety of natural resources including 3.2 miles of secluded, white sand beaches with majestic dunes over 25 feet tall. Three rare coastal dune lakes provide excellent freshwater fishing. Lakes, pristine beaches, old-growth long leaf pines, sand pine scrub, and a variety of wetlands offer a bird-watching and hiking paradise. Visitors are invited to enjoy swimming, bicycling, roller blading, fishing, hiking, picnicking and more.

The Cypress Dunes community offers a long list of amenities in a quiet and peaceful surrounding. The upscale amenities include a clubhouse which showcases a gulf front Infinity edge pool, state-of-the- art fitness center, outdoor Jacuzzi and fireplace, observation sun deck with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a banquet room. Two regulation championship tennis courts are located within the community.

You will fall in love with this immaculate home with five private bedrooms and five bathrooms. The house has unobstructed panoramic views of the gulf. As you enter the main living space the main entertainment area of the house with wood floors and expansive views of the gulf. The open concept main floor makes entertaining simple. Stainless steel appliances accent the gourmet kitchen with seating for three. Your dining room flows right off of the kitchen and has seating for and additional eight people. Enjoy watching the flat screen TV in your comfortable living room or enjoy refreshments in the beautiful porch overlooking the ocean.

The master bedroom is located on the third floor. Your spacious bedroom includes a King bed, TV, DVD player and Coffee/Wine Bar. Want to relax in paradise? Enjoy relaxing on the third floor balcony with spectacular 180 degree views of the gulf located directly off the master bedroom. The master bath has two sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower with steam heads.

The second floor has two queen bedrooms with private baths with walk-in showers and TV's. The first floor has two queen bedrooms with private baths with walk-in showers.. A full size washer and dryer are also located on the first floor for your convenience.

The Cypress Dunes Gulf front Infinity Edge Pool is heated on the following dates:

We provide four free adult and one kid bike for your enjoyment. Cypress Dunes and its surroundings areas are perfect to explore on a bike. Miles of paved trails along the beaches of South Walton are ideal for biking during your visit to Cypress Dunes. There are over 20 miles of scenic 30-A bike trails that wind through the area’s coastal dune lakes and villages
