The modern kitchen is fully appointed so you can cook or order your dinners from the on site private restaurant , delivered to your unit. You can have all your deliveries to the complex as well.

This is one of the most desirable areas in Los Angeles. It's close to everything yet
you have the fresh air, great restaurants, and live the resort lifestyle while close
to the city itself.
It has every amenity one could wish for and more! My family has lived in the complex/ area
around 20 years so that speaks volumes!

The views are the best from your large private balcony to enjoy the evenings with lights
of the boats or just enjoy the peace and view of boats/ocean anytime of day. It feels like being in the south of France!
