Lawn Side is a self contained Apartment with a Double bedroom and Noa and Nani Bunk Beds for 2 young children.
Within yards of the South West coast path. Paignton Town, seafront, harbour and Goodrington sands with lovely beaches are a short walk away.
This area of Paignton is known as Roundham and is regarded as Paignton's hidden jewel with large properties built as holiday homes for the wealthy in the 19th century.
It is close to the town with a variety of Restaurants, shops & public transport.
It's an ideal place for Walkers, Writers, Artists, Beach lovers and all looking for a quiet peaceful place to stay close to Paignton and it's facilities.

I love walking on the beach
Why they chose this property
It's lovely property in a beautiful area minutes walk from the Coast path, beach and Town. It's ideally situated. Atherfield is a substantial Edwardian house converted into 8 apartments. It is a few minutes stroll to the beach and harbour and lies close to the south west coast path. The hosts live on site. The apartments are self contained. Roundham is a quiet and relaxed residential area.
