In the La Manga Club Resort. This large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom air-conditioned villa is built on 2 levels, with the bedrooms downstairs. There are stunning views from this villa both from the living area & the Dining terrace & there is also a roof terrace with sun lounger’s for topping up that tan in private. Steps around the villas no wheelchair access, Pets allowed

La Manga Club,, A 5 star golf and tennis resort set on the Costa Calida. The Mar Menor has great facilities for water sports and there is horse riding nearby as well as all the facilities of the club and a variety of beaches where the water is shallow and great for young children. It also has its own beach cove and restaurant-La Cala- which has fantastic views over the Med. Voted the safest resort in Europe A Gated complex with 24 hour patrolled security.

The shallow water is perfect for water-skiing, windsurfing and sailing enthusiasts. Tuition is available & equipment hire. The centre also allows you to try your hand at jet skiing, and boat trips are available from the harbour to explore the Mar Menor. Private scuba diving can be arranged for clients to explore the crystal clear Mediterranean waters, although pre-booking is essential. Tennis : Widely regarded as Europe's premier tennis centre, La Manga Club has twenty championship clay courts, four hard courts and four artificial grass courts, all of which are floodlit. The 'jewel in the crown' is the 3,500 seater centre court, staging both Federation and Davis Cup events. Fully qualified resident professionals offer tuition all levels with a free weekly assessment class to evaluate player's abilities. There is also an extensive programme of club events, including social, tournament and exhibition evenings. The tennis clubhouse is superb with well appointed changing facilities, pro-shop, restaurant and bar. There are also 6 Paddle Tennis Courts & 4 pickleball courts

The villa is is situated in a lovely accessible part of the club. There is nearby parking that is convenient for shopping bags and unpacking.Nora the owner was very communicative without intruding and even checked how we were after an unusually heavy storm.I highly recommend the villa and its position.

Fantastic family holiday

Lovely villa set in a quiet area, well within walking distance to most parts we wished to visit (given we knew the area well as being hilly). Fabulous views especially from the roof terrace, all amenities needed for a great stay and the host was brilliant with easy communication. Nearby swimming pool was brilliant also!

The property was well equipped and clean throughout. The views were amazing and a real strong point of the villa. Would not recommend however for anyone will mobility issues as there are quite a few steps to negotiate around the villa.

Great villa in La Manga, very kindly owners!

Villa in Los Altos in La Manga Club Resort was property and with 2 bathrooms and 2 sleeping rooms. I looked over the footballfields, for me good while i was there to look football. But also a holday with my wife, it was great. Very kindly and helpful owners, Noreen and John. Thanks very much Noreen and John and hopely until next year! Kindly regards Henk from Holland.

La Manga club treasure!

Very Spanish, very well situated and laid out villa. Noreen and John were so easy to reach with questions and ideas! The view is spectacular and thoroughly enjoyed everything!! Yes there are steps, but you are actually in a fairly hilly region and there are ways to get around many of the stairs. Refreshing reset setting, great tennis, hiking, golf and fabulous people. Noreen and John are certainly ambassadors. Highly recommended!

La Manga trip

We had a great stay at this property, weather was very hot for September, pool was very quiet everyday, less than a handful of people occasionally were there, mostly I was on my own. Great communication from the owner at all times, property is near top of resort worth considering if you don't like lots of steps, uphill walking or don't hire a car! Property clean, and had everything you need, maybe in need of a overall update/modernization soon, also the information in the house folder is quite out of date now with regard to the resort etc particularly post covid. Safety deposit box would be a welcome addition. Love La Manga resort we have visited a few times now.

Lovely Location

Beautiful views, peaceful and suitable for us. The host was very attentive and contacted us throughout our stay. Parts of the resort are quite hilly and some areas have lots of steps. This would be something to consider with anyone with mobility issues.

Demasiado caro para las condiciones de limpieza en las que se encontraba la villa, estuvimos toda la tarde 4 personas limpiando toda la villa, el desagüe de un baño estaba atascado, la luz de otro estaba fundida, en el solarium había 3 panales de abispas las cuales se metían dentro de la villa y no podíamos tener nada abierto en difinitiva, DECEPCIONANTE.

Vacaciones en Los Altos

Villa con estancias amplias, incluidas las habitaciones y los baños. La urbanización de Los Altos 2 está en una zona muy tranquila y cerca de la montaña, donde se pueden dar paseos agradables. La propietaria es súper amable y cualquier mínima cuestión que surja contesta inmediatamente y queda resuelta prácticamente en el acto, lo que se agradece muchísimo. Muy recomendable.

Très bien situé, dans un cadre magnifique

Nous avons eu quelques désagréments, mais les propriétaires nous ont dépanné tout de suite. S'il y avait un point négatif , ce serait peut être l'humidité de la maison en hiver, et la difficulté à chauffer. Il serait peut être souhaitable d'être plus clair dans le contrat quant au règlement de l'électricité. Il y a des restaurants autour, la piscine, les tennis , tout pour passer de bons moments..

Great setting for a relaxing week!

The property has excellent views and is situated close enough to amenities for a small walk. If your not fit or used to walking you will require a car, however a courtesy bus from hotel stops at most places. Do visit La Cala beach restaurant.

Although the villa could be excellent it needs a bit of TLC. They need to add in the description that it’s at the top of a steep hill and at the top of the hill is a further 70 steps to get to the villa so it’s not good for people with walking or back difficulties. To stay at this resort you must be totally sports minded or you would get bored. Golf courses are in excellent condition and well maintained but I think overpriced. All in all lovely resort, villa a bit tired but could be so much better.

We stayed in this villa for 10 days ! And from day one it felt like home! Very cosy, very large ( for two bedrooms ) villa!! Very clean! Villa has everything you need ! It is nice waking distance to tennis centre . But at the same time it is a away from roads. Very quite !!! We loved every minute spend in this villa. The owner is absolute lovely lady! Made us feel very welcome . We definitely coming back to la Manga! And definitely coming back to this villa.

Muy tranquila y agradable

A medio camino entre Cartagena y las playas de Cabo de Palos y la Manga. Zona tranquila y agradable. En mi opinión el coche es necesario. Se accede a la villa por unas escaleras que quizás sean un poco duras para personas mayores, carritos de bebé o personas con algún problema de movilidad. Los propietarios son amables y todo en la villa funcionaba a la perfección.

Great holiday home in nice resort

This villa in Los Altos in La Manga Club Resort was an excellent property and perfectly suited to the needs of a family of four. It was spacious, well maintained with a fully equipped kitchen and A/C. The large living area was on the higher level, with two balconies off it and the bedrooms, one ensuite, were on the lower, cooler level. Having a pool so close by was an added bonus. We loved it! As the resort itself is quite extensive we found having a car was a good idea. It was quieter than we had thought it would have been for July and despite visiting the large pool at the Tennis Centre there weren't a lot of other children of a similar age to ours around. (The charge for the sunbeds there was also a bit unexpected!) However, this did not take from our enjoyment of the resort and we were truly delighted with the villa. Both the owner and Sara from the Management company were very helpful and provided plenty of information both prior to and during our stay.
