Dunmore East is a picturesque, seaside village located in Co Waterford,Ireland.

Available for short let’s in season and longer term let’s off season, the house is a three bedroomed holiday home located right in the heart of the picturesque heritage village of Dunmore East.

The house sleeps six people and is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, DVD, CD player, central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and hand dryer.

It has two bathrooms and two ensuites.
The main bathroom and main bedroom
ensuite have been newly renovated to include two modern shower facilities.

The house is located in the landscaped Harbour Village and has all the requirements for your holiday needs. There is a bright conservatory adjoining the kitchen which is excellent for relaxing , reading etc. There is a patio space where you can relax (with an outdoor patio set and barbecue). There is a king side double bed in the main bedroom with views of the sea and two twin rooms.There is also a sitting room with a wood burning stove!

The house is located within just behind the Main Street of the village ( which contains restaurants,shops, bar, cafe)and 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. The adventure centre (to keep children/ teenagers entertained) and the harbour are just 5 minutes walk away. Access to the Waterford Greenway is 15 mins drive away. The Comeragh Mountains and numerous other beaches are within driving distance.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
House must be left in an acceptable condition on departure. Any excess cleaning beyond acceptable changeover cleaning will be deducted from deposit.
During peak periods only 7 day bookings will be taken . During off season less than 7 day bookings may be taken but will incur a €60 cleaning fee.

May break

Only short walk to local shops, cafe, restaurants, harbour, beach and clift top walk in Dunmore East. Short drive to Tramore for the beach and tourist attractions, or Waterford and the Greenway.

Fantastic location for a family of five

Our family enjoyed a fabulous stay in Dunmore East. Plenty of room to stretch out. Loads of bathrooms. Laundry to get things caught up. Great pub at the bottom of the hill. Couldn't be better. It didn't hurt that the weather was fabulous. We hope to be back.

We had a lovely stay overall. The house is in a great location and is a good size - clean, with comfortable beds and a very nice shower in the main bathroom. Unfortunately, due to a week of wet weather, we experienced a strong sewage smell in the two upstairs bathrooms and were only able to use the main bathroom during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.That said, the hosts, Theresa and Conor, were fantastic. very accommodating, with excellent communication. They responded quickly to any questions or issues, which made a big difference and was greatly appreciated.

Such a lovely home!

I couldn't have been happier during my stay in Dunmore East. The holiday village where the house is located is very charming and there is plenty of space for a family of 6, but cozy enough for me to feel at home on my own. The owner, Theresa was great with communication and even left some little welcome presents of tea and milk and little cakes. I highly recommend this property if your looking for a great house in a lovely little seaside village.

Easter break

Stayed over the Easter break, the host was lovely and was very informative of everything while we stayed there and helpful when we needed to find out about a few things about the house. It was home from home. Location was great. Would highly recommend staying there. We will definitely come back to this property again.

Relaxing stay in Dunmore East

Theresa s house was so uplifting and cozy. We loved her sunroom which was so bright and warm and the view from the main bedroom was stunning. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. It is so convenient to the village and supermarkets. We found Theresa an excellent host. We will definitely be back.

Lovely location with many convenient things nearby, store, restaurants,etc within walking distance Theresa was very helpful and actually checked in to make sure everything was going well. Very thoughtful The house had everything we needed and the shower and comforter in the master bedroom were to die for!

Family get together

Difficult to find the property initially since it was tucked back in a neighborhood. The hosts were good at responding and assisting with location. Once found was a delightful property, close proximity to the town. My teen nieces enjoyed walking to the beaches, shops and town. A great time was had by all and we would highly recommend.

I didn’t want to leave

Teresa has done a wonderful job with this property. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s just up the road from the village which has everything you need and an 8 minute walk to the beach. The house has been updated and the bathrooms are clean and cozy. The water pressure in the master is incredible. The bedding is soft and the duvets are the perfect weight. The kitchen had everything we need to feed a family of 5. The house had 2 living spaces as well as 3.5 bathrooms and a laundry. It was well laid out and cozy. We will be coming back for sure!
