Dunmore East is a picturesque, seaside village located in Co Waterford,Ireland.
Available for short let’s in season and longer term let’s off season, the house is a three bedroomed holiday home located right in the heart of the picturesque heritage village of Dunmore East.
The house sleeps six people and is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, DVD, CD player, central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and hand dryer.
It has two bathrooms and two ensuites.
The main bathroom and main bedroom
ensuite have been newly renovated to include two modern shower facilities.
The house is located in the landscaped Harbour Village and has all the requirements for your holiday needs. There is a bright conservatory adjoining the kitchen which is excellent for relaxing , reading etc. There is a patio space where you can relax (with an outdoor patio set and barbecue). There is a king side double bed in the main bedroom with views of the sea and two twin rooms.There is also a sitting room with a wood burning stove!
The house is located within just behind the Main Street of the village ( which contains restaurants,shops, bar, cafe)and 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. The adventure centre (to keep children/ teenagers entertained) and the harbour are just 5 minutes walk away. Access to the Waterford Greenway is 15 mins drive away. The Comeragh Mountains and numerous other beaches are within driving distance.

What makes this property unique
Dunmore is a very attractive Winter location as well as Summer location with lovely beach, cliff, forest walks , lots of golf courses, good restaurants, as well as atmospheric pubs. Shorter minimum stays are available during the Off season !!!
