About this property

Charming house with stone outbuilding close to the beaches of the Côte Sauvage.

The property is located in a small hamlet on the Côte Sauvage close to the family beach of Herlin, monitored in July-August.
You can reach the coastal paths and beautiful, more romantic coves in a few minutes on foot or by bike.
The landscaped garden of 500 m2 facing south is partially enclosed by various walls and hedges.
The house is extended by an old renovated barn which combines charm and comfort.
The main house consists, on the ground floor, of a large living room and a living room of 45 m2 with very neat decoration.
You can fully enjoy your holidays with friends or family with our kitchen under the glass roof, spacious, bright and perfectly equipped. It overlooks the large terrace and the garden.
Upstairs, two small cozy bedrooms with bathroom and separate toilet: you will appreciate the comfort of new beds, 160 cm in the first and 3 beds of 90 cm in the second.
The old stone barn has been renovated into an independent studio with 2 beds on the mezzanine (new 140cm mattress). On the ground floor the private bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet. A sofa bed with TV corner completes the package!
Ideal for friends or teens!
The house, pleasant in all seasons, is a perfect starting point for visiting the island and enjoying beautiful hikes on the Côte Sauvage.

Maison agréable, très lumineuse et bien située. Le jardin est assez petit mais très bien pensé. La cuisine dispose de beaucoup d’équipements. Chambres plutôt petites et assez peu d’espace pour ranger ses affaires. Le studio avait visiblement été totalement oublié niveau ménage, et pour le reste de la maison, la propreté laissait quelque peu à désirer.

Maison parfaitement située pour explorer Belle-île et se ressourcer. Randonnée dans la journée et baignade à la plage d'Herlin en fin d'après-midi, trop bien!! La maison était très agréable à vivre et très très bien équipée pour tous nous accueillir (7 adultes) et un petit plus pour la dépendance pour les jeunes amoureux! Très bon accueil, nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Agréable maison

La propriété, son agencement, sa localisation, tout était parfait. Ce qui nous a aidé à vivre ces quelques jours de pluie, de vent et de température indignes d'un mois de juillet. Je dois noter aussi que nous n'avions pas prévu qu'il fallait réserver le taxi en avance. Si bien que notre arrivée a été assez chaotique. Heureusement nous avons pu faire du stop et un monsieur très sympa nous a pris en charge (2 adultes, 2 enfants , 2 valises etc. ). Il est agréable de savoir qu'il existe des coins de France où l'on peut faire du stop sans risque et avec succés!.

Excellent séjour à Borthémont

Très jolie maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très propre, bien située, proche de Bangor et de la plage d'Herlin. Sauzon et Le Palais ne se trouvent qu'à 10-15 mn de voiture. Connexion Wifi difficile, mais on retrouve du réseau 4G en se déplaçant un peu... et à Belle-île-en-mer, il faut se déplacer car il y a plein de merveilles à découvrir ! Merci pour l'accueil sympathique, notre séjour a été plus que parfait. Au plaisir de revenir sur cette île de rêve.

Smaakvol en zeer compleet ingericht huis met mooi terras in klein dorp op loopafstand van de Cote Sauvage. Mooie landelijke omgeving geschikt voor wandelen en fietsen. Helaas werkte Wifi niet, en huis staat op plaats met slechte telefoonontvangst zonder 4G.

Tres belle maison sur la côte sauvage

La maison est parfaite pour une famille de 5 et vous avez la possibilité d’avoir 2-3 personnes de plus dans la grange aménagée à côté. La maison est très agréable à vivre et confortable. Les lits sont supers et ils y a tout ce que vous pourriez avoir besoin pour cuisiner. Le jardin est très agréable et bien équipé. La situation est parfaite proche du Palias et de toutes les plus belles plages de la côte sauvage. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. (Juste une petite information concernant internet : c’est une connexion internet satelitaire donc possible pour consulter vos mails mais pas de streaming... mais a Belle île il y a mieux à faire que regarder internet !!!)
