The villa is surrounded on 4 sides by the garden. The main entrance leads to the living area, of 80 square meters, furnished with fine furniture, and composed of a large room that communicates with the dining room and the kitchenette. The whole living area is surrounded by a large terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding hills. In the night area of about 60 square meters, there are 3 bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one of which, with en-suite bathroom, and balcony, which overlooks the swimming pool. A bedroom with a sofa bed for one and a half and the second bathroom. It can accommodate 5 people. The very welcoming and private garden provides a relaxation area adjacent to the swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds, umbrella with sitting area. Possibility of barbecue.
Calcinelli, a town where the property is located, is part
 currently of the Municipality of Colli al Metauro. It is 15 km from Urbino -UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE- and 1 2KM from Fano, a tourist seaside resort (blue flag).
The town has a good punctual bus service to reach nearby locations, such as Fano, Fossombrone Urbino, as well as all the shops and a large supermarket. In addition there are banks, pharmacies, medical clinics, nearby hospitals. On Wednesday the town comes alive with the market. It is the day when you can eat good fried fish.

Summer Holiday

We stayed with Angelo and Maria for 2 weeks. The house is big and clean and has all you need. It was very warm the week we were there so we were very happy with the airconditioners (2 bedrooms and dining room). The swimming pool was great for the children because they could stay in it (approximately 1.35 deep). The house is on the first floor. Therefore you have to go out of the front door to go into the garden. The village is nice. Not many tourists and not so many restaurants. We went often to Fano which we lovend. Also Gola and the Martmittes were beatiful. We had a great time!!! We recommand the house.

Grande maison et bon accueil

Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la maison. Les propriétaires habitants au rez-de-chaussée, ils ont été disponibles et accueillants. La voie rapide étant à 5 min en voiture, il est facile de partir en visite. Merci pour l'accueil

Very nice place

We had a great time in Calcinelli. House and pool are very nice and well looked after. Maria is very friendly and warm-hearted. The beach is as easily to reach by car as Urbino and all the other beautiful places in the Marche.

Lovely

We spent two pleasant weeks in this property. The house is confortable, clean and sanitized, with a lovely garden which includes a nice swimming pool. The owners Angelo and MariaAntonietta are very friendly and welcoming. The location is handy to reach alike the beach, the countryside and the charming City of Urbino.

Perfect Holiday

The house is located in a quiet street in Calcinelli. It is three minutes by foot from the villages center, where there is a restaurant, an ice cream parlor and a market every wednesday. The house is furnished beautifully and no matter if kitchen or bathrooms, everything is equipped generously. There's a big garden with a nice pool and bbq, everything for the guests use. The owners are very very nice people and help wherever they can. It is a perfect summer residence for families who want to relax in a comfortable surrounding, aside of big tourist trouble. We enjoyed our stay very much and are happy to got to know the hosts. We can only recommend a holiday in Villa Antonietta.

A great place to stay, makes a great holiday

First let me say. I thought I was getting the whole villa, but only the middle section was what was on offer. Which is still very big for 5 people as the rooms are large and roomy and very very clean. The owner lives in the basement and the top floor. The owner is fantastic and made as feel welcome, she will do anything to make your stay feel like your at home. Thank you Maria :-] The pool is a good size, and clean. the gardens are clean and safe for kids to play. there are a few large balconies, enough room to eat out side too. The town is peace full, and has a gluten free bakery around the corner. it looks like a house, but they do anything gluten free, if you order it a day before. it is a bit expensive but when you can eat a large fresh bloomer you don't mind paying a lot more. On arrival I was greeted by Maria, who made us a large cake, My wife and kids loved it, she also gave us some local wine and fruit from her garden. The house is well stocked with all the pans and pots to make anything, A large selection of tea bags, Italian coffee and instant too. So far this has been my favourite place to stay and I am sure you will enjoy your holiday as much as we have.

It's been a pleasure to have had the opportunity of meeting this polite sociable family, who has just spent a weekly packed full immesion in Italian food and culture, ( topic of conversation). They have left the flat tidy and clean and have been respectful of the rules of the house as well. My husband and I would really like to host them again.
