Beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom villa located on the delightful oasis that is Parque da Floresta Golf and Leisure resort with uninterrupted views to the 9th fairway and beyond of this pristine course. The villa has its own pool and terrace with BBQ area and outdoor kitchen space. If you don't want to cook then the clubhouse and bar are a very pleasant 15mins walk. It is conveniently located just 5 minutes drive from the fishing village of Salema with its beautiful beach and choice of traditional restaurants. Budens village is just a short walk where you will find restaurants,a bar,a bakery and just a little further a well stocked supermarket.The historic harbour town of Lagos is only 15 mins drive away and offers a marina,sea trips and a large variety of shops,bars and restaurants.

We are a family of five that rented the house for 2 weeks. We really liked the house and can highly recommend it for other families. The cleaning service was good. The kitchen had all equipment needed for daily cooking to prepare your own meals. But the area also had good nearby restaurants in a walking distance from the house. The pool was nice and clean and the pool service company checked it several times during the stay. Short distance to beach by car. We received good information by the host regarding the house and tips on what to do and where to eat in the area. The host was available for question during our stay. The kids loved the ping pong table so we spent some hours there! So all in all we had a very pleasent stay and can highly recommend this house to others. Thanks a lot for a nice vacation and visit.

Lovely well equipped villa in a beautiful location

We stayed for a week everything was hay as we had expected, the villa had plenty of room and all the facilities we required. The hosts were attentive and very helpful.The view from the villa was amazing and the beds, sofa and sunloungers were all comfortable and plentiful.

Lovely Villa

Great house

We’d an amazing time at Jo’s house. Everything a family of five would need. House is big & great swimming pool. Quiet area but lovely restaurants nearby. Definitely will be looking to book it again next year.

Excellent property! Villa is lovely and spacious in a great resort. Very clean throughout and the pool is great fun for all. Jo was extremely helpful and informative before and during our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our 7 days and will definitely be back one day!

Beautiful villa

Delighted with our holiday as we know the development well & found the villa exactly as described. It’s very well maintained & had everything we needed for a 2 week summer holiday, and very helpful host. Worth paying extra for heating the beautiful pool & recommend hire car to see around this beautiful area of Algarve

Family fun

We wanted to getaway from the cold in Boston and golf a bit. Rented this villa for a month. Very comfortable and clean. Little grandkids enjoyed the pool. Older ones loved shopping in Lagos. Even made a side trip to Seville. Looking forward to next year

Fantastic Villa

Fantastic well kept spacious villa. The villa was in a fantastic location with great views and was well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing enjoyable holiday.The games room provided a great break from the sun. Communication with Jo was excellent along with recommendations for local restaurant .

Good and not so good

The Villa itself is in a very good position and should have everything needed to have a great holiday. Unfortunately the air con which was much needed due to the wonderful weather wasn’t working in 2 of 3 bedrooms. It didn’t look as though had been working for some time as the units look very old and the remote controls were corroded in battery departments. Maintenance tried to get to work but couldn’t during our stay. There are some specific instructions to use the washing machine to enable the use of spin cycle at end but after several attempts we couldn’t get it to work. A couple of other issues we had were rectified by maintenance. There are some great restaurants in Budens (O’Tiagos) and plenty in Salema which we all thoroughly enjoyed. We would definitely return but would likely choose another property.

Firstly Martin can I apologise again for the aircon units breaking down , this was totally unforeseen as I was there myself just 2 weeks prior to you , and all was fine. Unfortunately the engineers had to wait for a part so they weren’t repaired as promptly as both you and I would have liked. With regards to the washing machine, again it was working when I was there and has worked for 2 more consecutive sets of guests after you. It does have an unusual end of wash cycle. I am disappointed that you won’t choose to stay in our Villa again, especially as I do act promptly to resolve any issues my guests have. Best wishes, Jo

belle villa avec piscine

Villa très agréable avec piscine, nous y avons séjourné à 6 adultes sans se gêner les uns les autres. Tout le nécessaire est fourni, la literie est correcte. Environnement très calme. Plusieurs villages dans les environs avec des petits restaurants sympas. Les plages sont proches aussi mais en voiture. Lagos qui est une jolie ville animée est à 20 km.

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz

Why they chose this property

We holidayed here in February 2017 with our children and grandchildren and had such a fantastic time we came back in March to buy the Villa. Its so peaceful and quiet with just the sound of the birds and the occasional ping of a golf ball being hit! Having our own little pool is the icing on the cake for us.

The extra room downstairs is a bonus as either games room or can be extra bedroom.
