Dear Linda, thank you very much for the review. As all the apartments have washing machines, we change towels and bed linen from the seventh day if needed. We have already fixed the problems with draining in the shower. Here in Spain the boilers are individual (one for each home) and the minimum capacity is 50 liters, wich is enough for a couple of showers (if you do not relax very much under the water). We understand that in the overall you have enjoyed the stay, which is great. We hope to see you back. All the best

Dear Helen, thank you for your comments. Tha apartments have the basic utensils to spend holidays. Nevertheless, you can always contact our office to see what we can do to help. Many things can be improved during your stay and we like to feel helpful. Hope to see you back again. Regards
