This modern, spacious apartment is located in the heart of beautiful Cannes. Ideal for family holidays, romantic breaks or for the more discerning corporate client, all who enjoy the ultimate in luxurious accommodation. State of the art audio visual along with high speed internet access make this the perfect base for business use. Furnished to a very high standard it boasts three double bedrooms, (single beds) all with terrace access and built in storage. Master bedroom en-suite with bath/shower and a separate shower room and toilet are also available. The air conditioning/central heating has individual room temperature controls. Situated within a five minute walk are the main shopping street (Rue D'Antibes), a further 3 - 4 minutes to the Palais de Festival -which is adjacent to some of the most fabulous beaches and harbours in the world. The apartment has a shared swimming pool. There is free on street parking, or two large car parks within a 2 minute walk . Perfect for summer or winter holidays - skiing 60km. Possible parking in the underground car park subject to availability at the time.

Final leg of a 4 leg holiday

Cannes is a cool place and this apartment was the perfect base. Having lots of space, an outdoor eating and seat space plus the pool was exactly what we needed. The beach was a relatively easy walk. We stayed at 4 different hotels/Apartments places during this holiday and we all agreed that this apartment was the best one we stayed in

Great Apartment

Really impressed with the apartment and facilities. Kerry was very helpful throughout. The area is ideal and allows you to take a step back from busy Cannes while only being a ten minute walk to the beach. The pool is great and the air conditioning is a blessing! Highly recommended

Within few minutes, you can reach several famous restaurants in the pedestrian area and five minutes later you reach the beach. The pool is perfect for cooling down in the evening of a hot summer day. The apartment is very clean and with three bedrooms big enough for 6 person. The owner is very helpful and could organize for us in the peak season in shortest time another apartment for one night because of double-booking.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Kerry and the building manager were both extremely helpful. The apartment is lovely with lots of essentials provided, including towels for the beach and pool. It's in a great location - really convenient for shops, for the centre of Cannes and for the beach but down a quiet street meaning minimal noise & disturbance. If you stayed here with 6 adults, you might feel a bit short of communal space (though there are also two balconies and the poolside) but there was plenty for our family of four and we had a great time.

Excellent property

Good property in an area just off the main town centre. Pool pictures don’t do it justice. The check in process was quick and efficient with Corrine on hand 24/7. The surrounding area is a quiet residential area but compared with the opulence nearby feels a little sad with the underground walks into town littered with homeless people. That said property was clean tidy and within easy walking distance. Would recommend.

Feel like a local in Cannes. Comfortable, spacious apartment, top location, amazing facilities.

We had an ideal family stay in this modern and comfortable apartment. 3 spacious bedrooms and two terraces with a large shared pool - rare to find in Cannes. There are great restaurants in the area and locals are really friendly. Location is excellent, easy walk to market, beach or station. Returning next year as we would happily live there we loved staying in the apartment so much!

Emplacement parfait ! Quelques précisions à apporter dans le descriptif de l'annonce

L'emplacement de l'appartement est vraiment au top ! A 10 min à pied de la plage, 2 min à pied d'un supermarché et d'une pharmacie. La résidence est très complète, piscine, climatisation que l'on a fortement appréciée en plein mois d'août et une belle terrasse avec canapé et fauteuils. Elle comporte également un parking souterrain sécurisé, ce qui évite de se garer dans les rues très étroites. Attention, il peut y avoir des frais de parking. Cependant il manque quelques ustensils de cuisine ( casserole et poêle, et de plus petite taille, couteaux pour couper des fruits, Pastèque, Melon) ou de la viande plus dur. Le frigo pour 7 personnes est un peu petit pour une semaine. Mais, nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement, je le recommande !

We stayed at Kerry’s apartment for the Cannes Film Festival. It is conveniently located (10 min walk from the Palais des Festival, less than 5 min from the train station). The apartment is as described, clean, spacious and comfortable. To bad, it was too cool to enjoy the pool, but the stay went very well.

Loved the apartment, everything we needed (6 people) to cater for ourselves, very spacious rooms. Loved the balcony, fantastic for a relaxing evening. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the station so many restaurants very close by. 2 shopping centres a few hundred metres away so getting the essentials and supplies couldn't have been easier. 5/5 will definitely be booking again.

Our family of six had a fantastic time here. The apartment has everything you need. The pool is great in the morning sunshine. Only 5 minute walk to Cannes shops, restaurants and beaches. Cannot fault it. We had a great time.

No negatives at all; excellent spacious flat with really good air conditioning; 2 balconies ideal for relaxing. Three twin bedrooms; 2 bathrooms n toilets. It's set in a quietish, residential part of Cannes, but a mere 15-20 minute walk to the centre and the beach. Excellent communication /support from both owner Kerry, and French housekeeper Francoise who is always available to help. The pool area is nice too; Kerry has left a couple of chairs in her cupboard which you can take poolside if busy, which it rarely is. Recommended ++

We are a family from Northern Ireland UK. Although purchased as a family holiday apartment we don't always have time to use the apartment ourselves and therefore are happy to let it for some weeks of the year. As this is essentially a family owned apartment we take great care to make sure that our guests have as good a time as we do. Therefore sunbeds, water beds, towels etc are all provided. We have also produced a file which is left in the apartment of local attractions, great restaurants, and things to do when you are based there. Our concierge is also available everyday to help you with queries and any problems which may arise. We aim to provide a great base to tour the beautiful Cote d'Azure!

Why they chose this property

We simply just love Cannes! We love to walk the old town as there is always something to discover, even after 14 years! The antiques market in the square is compelling and although we know nothing about Antiques, we are often compelled to buy something. Our children love to wander the evening stalls with the fairy lights before heading for dinner in the many fantastic restaurants. Our apartment is 5 minutes from the train station. From Cannes the water park or Marine Land at Antibes is a 10 minute journey or be adventurous and head to the Casinos in Monte Carlo in just 40 minutes, or even a trip to Ventimiglia Market ( The biggest and best in the South of France ) in Italy at just over 1 hour. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from all of the beautiful beaches with banana boating, paragliding and paddle boats, fun for all ages. From the quay there are various boat rides to San Tropez which include a guided tour of all the rich and famous's houses, Monaco, St Margarite and St Honor, all worth a visit. If you have a car we love to visit the Grotte de Sainte Cezaire, and travel 40 metres underground to see the spectacular stalactites and luminous jellyfish! Our apartment is one of the few to have a private pool so perhaps on a quiet day off you might want to enjoy a peaceful afternoon sunbathing. We think Cannes has everything and we are very lucky to have an apartment that sits right in the heart of it all.
