Incredible villa in urbanization with heated pool

Excellent duplex apartment for 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, WIFI, air conditioning and parking in a private luxury complex (with security) in Playa Paraiso.

The apartment is all on one level (ground floor) with 3 rooms. It is equipped with 4 beds, a double bed, 2 single beds and a trundle bed that can be converted into a double bed. It has two bathrooms one with shower, and one with bathtub. It has a large terrace with table and sun loungers.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay:

 Bath and beach towels, sheets, blankets. Final cleaning included in the price.
 Kitchen with all appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, blender, iron and hair dryer.
 Air conditioning, free WIF and satellite TV.
 Private parking included, possibility of an extra place, only on request.
 Cradle and baby chair free of charge, but on request.
 Extra equipment only on request.

The area is ideal for relaxation and also to go with children. It is a private residential complex, totally closed and with private garage spaces. It has:
 3 swimming pools, one of which is heated and children's pool.
 Pool bar open all day where you can eat and dine.
 Common zone for games, reading, WIFI, etc.

The urbanization is located in a quiet area. It is recommended to have a car, however, it is only 5 minutes walking from the beach of the Hard Rock Hotel, supermarkets, and some cafe. The area connects very well with the rest of the island as only 10 minutes by car are the most tourist areas of the island.

The urbanization is located 5 minutes walk from 2 great beaches, golf course and with bus services to Adeje.

We had a lovely stay in these apartments in Jul/Aug 2023. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage children, the apartments were very spacious and it was great that the children each had their own bedroom. The apartments have everything required for a self catering holiday. The swimming pools are excellent with plenty of sunbeds available. The pool bar is open from midday to 8:30pm. In my opinion it would be better if the bar opened earlier for morning coffee and breakfast. The complex is situated on a steep hill and it is a 20 min walk to the centre of Playa Paraiso. We used the local bus service a few times to go to the centre of Costa Adeje which took 20 mins at a cost of just over 2 euros per person.

Pleasant stay in a nice environment

We had a pleasant stay in the Apartment with a family of 5. + nice accommodation with sufficient space for 5 + well located to explore Tenerife + secured area and dedicated parking space for the door (a rental car is highly recommended) + 2 good sleeping rooms -1 sleeping room has no connection with the outside + nice small restaurant in the urbanisation - We found the appartment with some flaws (broken waterboiler, mixer and door handles of the main bathroom). Boiler and mixer were fixed quickly but the door not, preventing closing of the bathroom during the stay. - We learned during the stay that the internet router located in the appartment served multiple units, something which was not communicated and caused some annoyance as we switched this off during the night - Sea view is limited in app 66. Probably better in the neigbouring units.

A worn out and disgusting property

We rented apartment from 1.18 to 2-29.2024. There was dust all over, we could hardly sit on the sofa. There were cockroaches on the floor and in utensils drawer. We demanded pest-control. I started having a dry cough, severe headache, got an eye infection. First thought the airconditioner fan was to blame which I turned off in the bedroom to no avail, then turned it off in the living room as well. Then we noted a moldy smell. I opened up the airconditioners. Both turned out to be with filters covered with "dust". I removed and washed one of four filters but decided to leave the others in place as a proof of the filth when I saw what beneath: There were thousands of fungal colonies in both airconditioner. Photos were taken. By now our registered guests had left, I was sick and we had lost our appetite so we decided to leave 10 days prior to the planned end of stay. Not surprisingly, after we left in a correspondence with the host who I am told lives in northern Spain none of the filth was present to the eyes of his "inspectors" that arrived the same day. No refund. Soon new tenants arrived so the host got paid double for those days. My next-door neighbor told us his apartment belonging to same host was disgusting as well. Like us, he had guests coming and couldn´t leave. I would not recommend this property. We are disappointed with the wrongful description on the website which led to us to reserve it.

Nightmare

Arrived at property to hear drilling noise and a skip outside. Asked manager straight away what this was about as the reason we chosen the villa was so we could have a quiet time with a 70 year old grandma who can enjoy the lovely patio. Managers said that she didn't know what the noise was about but were probably only last an hour. I hadn't noticed the skip of this point. The weekend came and it was all quiet so trusted what they said. Come Monday it was like Armageddon. Major building works going on in the unit above our heads. The wolves were literally shaking. Tried in vein to speak to verbo who just advised me to speak to the manager. She just kept on saying she doesn't know anything about it and can't tell me anything. So the next day I speak to the villa owner and verbo. The verbo customer services rep who could hear the noise on the phone agreed that there was unsustainable to stay there. The villa owner did offer us another unit to stay in however we had a disabled grandmother and it was not appropriate for her. I got well that's all we can do. I found an alternative villa on the site and requested a refund for the remaining days. Further rejected my claim saying as the work wasn't happening inside the actual unit I had no grounds for a refund. The villa owner also rejected it. Finally after many hours of direct contact with the villa owner he agreed the refund. Vrbo were useless. Their guarantee useless and money hungry.

Leider einige Mängel, fehlendes Licht in Küche, Abzugshabe und dauernd laufende Toilettenspülung. Für kleine Kinder toll da keine Treppe in der Wohnung. Leider kleiner Terasse, Tor nicht verschliessbar so können Kinder schnell weglaufen.

Havde ikke forventet at alt var såtrangt - og et soveværelse uden vinduer er ikke ok! udlejeren skrev til os, at lejligheden var placeret i den stille ende af komplekst - men den sidste måned af vores ophold var der håndværkere med larmende værktøj i et par af de nærliggende lejligheder -det var temmeligt generende, da vi jo netop havde regnet med fred og ro.

Good find!

Booking was easy, communication with property owner also easy via Homeaway website. The complex was very pleasant and our introduction to the apartment was thorough and covered pretty much everything. The appliances all worked fine, just needed a little more detail on the safe. There was plenty of indoor and outside space, beds were comfortable but didn't need duvets, only the covers. We found a mini-market a short walk up the hill from the complex and a larger supermarket a longer walk down the hill! It is a beautiful area, although very hilly, with views down to the sea and with mountains behind, small bays and deep ravines and gullies along the coastline. Easy bus ride to more populated areas and beaches, but a very pretty beach and cove about 40 minutes walk at El Puertito Any problems and queries that we had were dealt with promptly by either Dalila or Andrea. In all, a very good holiday in a nice apartment.

Loui was fantastic throughout the booking promptly answering any questions we had about the property Dalila the lady who checked us in and out could not have been more helpful We were delighted with the apartment it was spacious and had everything we wanted My two young grandchildren loved the pool area which had plenty of poolside chairs for us to keep an eye on them playing while we could relax a bit too The pool side bar and restaurant serves great food until late Getting taxi’s to other towns etc is easily arranged through security and reasonably priced Would recommend this apartment to anyone Thanks Loui for a wonderful stay

Very secure and clean complex

On arrival we were greeted by dahlia who took us to our apartment, and showed us the pool etc. She was very helpful and although she didn’t know how to sort the safe out for us this was rectified the next day by the owner. The apartment itself was spotless and cosy . The kitchen was a little small to cook in and could have down with a few more bits and pieces, an oven glove for certain as my son burnt his hand trying to take something out of the oven with one of only two tea towels . The reason I have only given 3 stars is not a reflection on the apartment or owner , it is that when booking one of the redeeming factors of this resort and the reason I payed more than I wanted to was the pools or should I say “pool !!” As the top pool was closed for refurbishment so unless you got to the pool at 9.00 you didn’t have a hope of getting a sun lounger . Also the pool rules were over the top . You were not even aloud a lilo . Never have I been anywhere that doesn’t allow this . My two sons were told off by the security guard, for simply being teenage boys and wanting to have fun . They then asked the pool barman for the table tennis bats and ball , he gave them the bats but said sorry there is no ball !!! The pont of this would be what exactly? Due to the fact there is no beach in the area this did spoil our stay , as we could never get round the pool and we had to get taxis in to nearby Adeje so we could at least go for a swim and get a lounger . We did eat at the pool bar twice and the food is very good, especially the pizza. The apartment itself was very nice and the owner very helpful. Maybe consider refurbishing the most important aspect of a resort out of season next time !! I don’t consider the first 2 weeks of July out of season

Fantastic place to stay

Fantastic apartment and facilities, pool and pool bar was great, the lady that met us was very helpful and accommodating, Luis was really helpful and replied to all messages and gave lots of information. Also great having the choice of late check out, beach towels, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Only small complaint would be the bed was really squeaky every time you moved and woke us up a few times plus a choice of extra pillows would of been good but very minor in comparison to such a great place to stay! Will definitely be booking to go again!

Clean, well presented and equipped apartment

The apartment was excellent and met all our requirements as a family of 5. Great balcony for late afternoon sun and out door living space, with view down to the sea. Spacious living area inside with excellent little kitchen which was well equipped. Made great use of washing machine really grateful for supply of wash tablets. Comfortable beds and great having the two bathrooms, my only one criticism would be not having a second pillow, but to be honest the property more than made up for this. Comes with allocated secure parking which we Utilised throughout our stay. The complex itself was superb, very clean and very well kept and serviced. The pools were fantastic and great fun for the kids and us. Plenty of sun lounges. The pool bar served some great food at very reasonable prices and even provide take out which we found out too late, but to be honest it was hassle free and saved us having to do any washing up. There are a few places to eat about a 15-20 min walk down the road and a well stocked supermarket, there is a small shop at the top of the road for basics. Other big supermarkets are a short car ride away. Restaurants are in abundance in Costa Adeje which is a short drive away. I would definitely recommend hiring a car for getting about especially if thinking on sightseeing. Would definitely recommend staying here and would visit again if we did go back to Tenerife, thanks Luis we had a great holiday From the Frow’s in Sheffield

Great Property lovely swimming pools

We loved our stay in these apartments and will definitely come back. The complex was very clean the pools were great and so secure. The only problem we had was no WiFi it was on the day we arrived then it went off for the rest of our time there we had to constantly try to find cafes and restaurants with free WiFi.

Nice and clean condo with great pool area

Very relaxing and nice area with fantastic pool area. Adeje is perfect place if you do not care for the ”traditional” Teneriffe night life and huts where turist trash is sold. Also good beaches for snorkling. The place to be at Teneriffe
