Private home with over 3000 square feet. Great for family reunions and super vacations. Spacious open living and dining area (seating for 15), wrap around porch with rockers, outside enclosed shower, gas grill, plenty of parking, and very short walk to beach. Beach is wide with walk over access. New kitchen and baths, open floorplan with beach decor, fully furnished with all conveniences of home. Kitchen with extra large capacity refrigerator, separate beverage cooler holds 200 cans or wine also. Granite and new cabinets make it a pleasure to enjoy with open bar with chairs. Fifty inch flat screen TV in living area and 6 other TVs in bedrooms...Smart TVs for use of your streaming services. Great location at a super price!!

I live locally year-round and can accommodate questions and suggestions any time. Many updates to this house make it one of the most desirable this year. This can be your second home year after year! Make special memories each year for family reunions, church groups, and friends.

Family friendly with accommodations for extra space in living area, bedrooms, and outdoor living. Under the house parking with at least 8 parking spaces, outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water, gas grill, picnic table and chairs with swing also. Two central heat and air conditioners on maintenance plan for faster service if needed, exterminator on regular basis, washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, large and small coffee pots, extra amounts of dishes, cookware, and WIFI service. New spa like showers add to your enjoyment.
What makes this property unique
Over 3000 sq ft can accommodate large groups without feeling too crowded. For families with children there is a regular crib, 2 porta-cribs, high chair, child gates attached on porch level and 2 other gates stored in closet downstairs.
