A fine building of modern design using traditional, local materials. The construction is perfectly integrated in the magic countryside of Valle d'Itria and is near to the coast. Thanks to Puglia's slender shape you are never far from the Adriatic and Ionian seas. The Adriatic coast with its sandy beaches and turquoise waters is only at 20 minutes drive (18 km). Access to the property is through paved country roads. There is a mini market at walking distance and a long, scenic cycle lane nearby.

Fantastic property in peaceful, tranquil surroundings. The property is modern, bright, spotlessly clean and well equipped. In a rural setting but close to Cisternino and great for exploring the region of Puglia. Highly recommended
