The home was clean and spacious. Central air was a plus and each room had its own ceiling fan as well. The location was very close to the beach and entertainment.
Everything was fantastic with the exception of sleeping at night. There is a bar/restaurant next door that had incredibly loud music until 1am followed by drunks leaving and shouting in the streets. If you have children who are light sleepers, I would avoid this on Fridays and Saturdays. Other than that the house was nice, clean and updated. We had an easy walk to the boardwalk and the owner is a great communicator.
The location to the beach/boardwalk/ water park is great!
It’s next to a “cafe” that turns into a nightclub with very loud music until 2 am and on the other side of the house looks like a frat house.
Some light fixtures had mold on them and need to be replaced.
The VRBO listing said there was a beach wagon and there was not.
If this place had washer & dryer it would be perfect. Excellent location. Walk to everything. Had a slight mix up at check-in but owner arrived within 10 minutes to take care of it.
The house was in the perfect spot at seaside. It was a short walk to the boardwalk, water park and pretty much everything else you could think of. The house was very clean and stocked with all the utensils we needed. Our kids loved having their own rooms and the beach vibe it have off. This was literally the best vacation we have ever had and we do plan on rebooking in the next couple of years and coming back to one of the owners properties. I highly recommend this house for any family or group of people!
Everything was exactly as expected. We arrived several hours early and the host graciously let us pick up the beach and parking permits so we can have some time at the beach before checkin.
The house is very close to seaside, which means great access, but also some noise from the bars on the weekend. If you have light sleepers, come prepared with ear plugs or a noise machine to drown out the music.
We had a great stay. Check in and check out was very smooth, and the host communicated with us promptly and kindly every time.
The location in regards to being close to the boardwalk, waterpark, & casino pier is great. 2-3 min walk to waterpark and maybe 4 min to boardwalk. The parking passes were great to have. House is nice inside and the property manager was very friendly and helpful. We had 8 people and had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and the house is nice. It was pretty clean. The surrounding neighborhood is ok but the neighbors house is a disaster. Otherwise the trip and stay were good. John was great. Would stay at one his properties again.
Amazing place that worked perfectly for our late-20s group of friends for a long weekend at Seaside. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk shops/restaurants/bars. Also includes ample beach badges and parking passes which is a huge plus. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.
The only critiques I have is that I found the booking process to be somewhat inconvenient as all 10 members of our party had to sign a PDF rental contract. I understand the need to limit liability, but I would recommend finding a solution to streamline the process.
Also, I was disappointed that the host ignored my text message inquiry for a later check-out time.
These are minor issues in my eyes though and I’d say that I highly recommend!

Definitely not for a family vacation! The property
is very cheap with broken window shades that did not block the lights shining into the rooms from the properties next door. The chairs in the kitchen were bar stools making it difficult for everyone to eat at the table (no regular chairs for a family to sit around table and eat).Located next to the smelly dumpsters of the bar next door. The linen (and towels -for additional price) were mismatching, threadbare and gross.The control over the a/c was locked bet 70-75 (couldn't even leave on the fan to drown out noise). Street parking (with provided pass) only- no driveway to park in). The bar next door (literally 8 feet from the house) with live music from 8pm till after 1am. The music in the house was so loud it was like sitting in the band stand- you could clearly hear every word from the singer and the nonstop shaking of the drums. Our kids couldn't sleep they were miserable and so were we. BTW this was in a Monday evening- not the weekend. We were forced to leave the next day and cut our stay short bc it was so bad. (we did not get a partial refund he gave us a credit for the cost of the towels).
I would not recommend this place for a family maybe good for a group of teenagers that party all night but stay away with your young family.
The location of this lovely property was walking distance to the beach, the boardwalk, shopping and local bars and restaurants. The property was very clean and the kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal if you decide to not eat out. The property manager, John Anthony, was great. He met us at the property and provided us with a list of great restaurants in the area. This was a very safe neighborhood which was important to my group of 7 ladies. We felt comfortable walking back to our "home" after dark. If my travels take me back to Seaside Heights, I would definately rent this property again.

The location was perfect just a short walk from the boardwalk but far enough from traffic & noise!
The house was in perfect condition! I'm a clean freak!! I travel with Lysol,clorox and Purell in a spray bottle!! I felt very comfortable here the bathrooms were sparkling!! John was very helpful & accommodating! I was traveling with 8 15-17 year old girls we felt very safe. Thank you John for a great experience ❣️

Comfy and cozy place
I stayed here with 5 other members of my family. 3 adults/3 kids. The posted pictures give an accurate representation of the space. Beds were very comfortable and you really can't beat the location in Seaside. A block and a half to the beach/boardwalk/Casino Pier. Walking distance to many restaurants. The next time I head to Seaside, I will be staying here!

Convenient location, easy to communicate with owner
Location is great! Beach and rides are 2 blocks away. John was quick to answer questions and easy to contact. Easy street parking. Fans should be added. It was hot for the first two days with two Acs running and all the bedroom doors open. The floors weren’t dirty by looking at them, but after a few hours after arriving if you didn’t wear shoes your feet were disgusting black. Overall, I would stay at Johns location again and bring a bedroom fan.

Great place!!!
House had everything we needed,except for a washer and dryer,but we knew that coming in.House was great ,4 bedrooms all with A/C and TV’s,beds were very comfortable,3 Parking passes,10 beach tags for everyone in the house, and even had a gas grill to use.Within walking distance to Beach and main area of boardwalk we ever return to Seaside Heights,we would definitely stay at this same house.Very pleased👍👍👍

Location was perfect..very clean condo
We had a wonderful time at this condo. The kitchen was stocked and the linens were provided. It was close to the boardwalk and beach with the best restaurant (FreeRange) at the corner. The property manager, John Anthony, was super helpful and on site each day. We look forward to going back next year.
