Nice apartment

It was great to stay at this place. Two minutes walk from subway and supermarket 10 minutes from Central Station and 15 minutes from Duomo. In the apartment everything was great and Sabrina is a very kind host! Great location and good price!

Nice stay!

Everything was just wonderful. We had some trouble in the end (cause we didnt know where to leave the taxes) maybe that could be included in the instructions/ guide, but that wasnt a problem at all.

Wonderful stay!!

The apartment is just beautiful, even better than the photos...tastefully decorated and very well equipped for a few nights stay in Milan. Only few steps (literally) away from metro stop, so money saved for taxis, with direct connection to both central station and the city centre (15 minutes). Plenty of hot water and well equipped kitchen, that we really enjoyed since there is also a supermarket only few steps away. Good heating too. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and of course, stay there in the future, if back in Milan

Nice small appartment, well equipped. Near subway station. It's interesting to know that the parking is on street and not free, but not expensive (4 euros per day the weekdays only). Sabrina's assistant who welcomed us was very kind and welcoming.

The apartment was just as stated and was nicely furnished. It was very close to the metro. I have to agree with others that it seems like more than 3 floors so be aware. Sabrina answered all our questions promptly. We enjoyed our stay.

Catastrophique

Double-réservation par la propriétaire... donc je me retrouve à la rue avec mon épouse et nos bagages. Malgré deux messages reçus via Abritel de la propriétaire dont un donnant des détails précis sur une question de parking, celle-ci prétend ne pas me connaître (ce serait "des messages automatiques envoyés par la plate-forme") …. Ridicule. La propriétaire qui utilise plusieurs plateformes (Booking, AirBnB, etc...) ne tient pas à jour ses calendriers d'où la double réservation (extrait d'un de ses messages : "nous n'avons pas synchronisé les calendriers des différents portails"). Contact avec le numéro d'urgence d'Abritel : Le numéro est introuvable sur leur site. Il m'a fallu utiliser google pour le trouver. Il fonctionne très mal (la plupart des appels ne renvoient aucun son). Un employé d'Abritel que j'ai finalement réussi à joindre me confirme qu'il y a effectivement des problèmes avec ce numéro. Un comble pour un numéro d'urgence. Abritel, que je finis par réussir à contacter vers 15h me dit prendre le problème en main. On doit me rappeler. Au bout de plus d'une heure d'attente... rien. J'appelle : le numéro d'urgence ne fonctionne de nouveau plus. Je décide de trouver un hôtel par moi-même. Abritel m'enverra à.... 20h15 une liste d'hôtels à contacter. Trop tard, nous avons déjà posé nos valises dans un hôtel du coin dans ce quartier sans charme. Avec un surcoût par rapport à ma réservation Abritel. A noter ; aucune compensation de la part d'Abritel. La propriétaire va probablement incriminer Abritel. Abritel va probablement incriminer la propriétaire. A moins que, je crains le pire, ce soit le client le responsable. Conclusion : Abritel, "ensemble sous le même toit". Malheureusement, il n'y avait plus de toit pour moi et mon épouse.

Très bon pied à terre

Hormis le frigo qui est étonnement bruyant nous n’avons rien à redire sur l’appartement. La bouche de métro au coin de la rue, tout les commerces de proximité à deux pas et équipement plus que suffisant. A l’écart du centre mais très bien relié par la ligne M3. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Sightseeing Milano

Sehr gut gelegen, kurze Entfernung zur Metro und somit schnell in der Stadt zum Sightseeing. Objekt sehr gut geschützt und sicher. Apartment sauber und ordentlich. Alles für den Städteurlaub vorhanden.

Un soggiorno perfetto

La comunicazione e la disponibilità dei proprietari hanno reso il soggiorno davvero confortevole. Ci sono venuti incontro sia per le procedure di check-in e check-out, sia per varie motivazioni e informazioni che ci servivano. La posizione è un po’ a nord rispetto al centro, ma con la metro sotto casa (M3, linea gialla) è possibile raggiungere il Duomo in 10/15 min. Grazie mille Manuela e Francesco per la disponibilità mostrata. Ci rivedremo presto😉❤️

Appartamento vicino alla metro, vicino anche a un supermercato fornito di tutto. Casa pulita e arredo molto rilassante e confortevole. Bagno altrettanto confortevole con doccia spaziosa. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile. Consigliato!

Ottimo soggiorno

L’appartamento é molto carino, pulitissimo, ben organizzato e collocato in una zona tranquilla e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Ho prenotato all’ultimo momento, eppure Sabrina è stata velocissima nell’organizzazione del check in, fornendoci con precisione tutti le informazioni utili sin nei minimi dettagli, ha risposto ad ogni domanda in modo esaustivo e con estrema gentilezza. Sabrina grazie! Siamo stati benissimo e sicuramente torneremo!

Charmant appartement

Situé dans un quartier calme, à proximité des commerces et à deux pas du métro, qui vous mène en une dizaine de minutes au centre historique. L'appartement fait partie d'une petite résidence et est fonctionnel tout en disposant d'un charme discret. Merci à Sabrina pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité, le séjour était parfait.

Un lugar precioso y cómodo

Un apartamento precioso, con todos los detalles cuidados de manera exquisita. Muy cómodo y muy limpio. El trato con la dueña magnífico. La ubicación muy buena con todos los servicios cerca, el metro justo al lado y el supermercado a la vuelta de la esquina. Ha sido un viaje perfecto y el alojamiento ha sido ideal. Lo recomiendo 100%. Cuando volvamos a Milán, sin duda repetiremos.

A nice quiet appartemment.

I came to Milan for a little romantic getaway. We rented this apartment and everything was fine. The apartment was very well renovated, it is quiet as it is on the outskirts of the city. But it is a 2 minute walk from the subway station and then it takes 15 minutes to reach the city center. I recommend this apartment for a long weekend or one week. It is much better than most hotels in the city center. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Je suis venu à Milan pour un petit séjour en amoureux. Nous avons loué cet appartement et tout était très bien. L'appartement a été très bien rénové, il est calme car il est en périphérie de la ville. Mais il est situé à 2 minutes à pied de la station de métro et ensuite il faut 15 minutes pour rejoindre le centre ville. Je recommande cet appartement pour un long week-end ou un semaine. Il est beaucoup mieux que la grande majorité des hôtels dans le centre ville.

Propre et bien situé

La description de l'appartement correspond aux photos.Mais il se situe au 7ème étage et non au 3ème. Logement très propre, literie impeccable. insonorisé, climatisation bienvenue. Points positifs : propreté, proximité du métro et du bus pour visiter Milan, presque 1 heure pour l'exposition universelle. Facilité pour se garer dans les rues voisines (mois d'août), quartier calme. Points négatifs (facile à améliorer) : il manque 1 tire-bouchon, 1 décapsuleur, 1 dessous de plat et 1 pichet à eau - nous avions prévu 1 bouteille d'eau sinon il faut se servir au verre dans le lavabo. Je recommande ce logement mais à des personnes qui n 'ont pas peur de monter 7 étages ou qui n'ont pas de problèmes pour marcher.

Je suis désolé pour le manque du tire-bouchon/decapsuleur... qui était présent dans l'appartement mais qui doit avoir été très apprécié par l'un de nos clients... mais je dois admettre que je ne l'avais pas vraiment pensé à le pichet à eau, comme à Milan l'eau du robinet, en raison de sa dureté et goût ne pas exactement agréable, n'est pas très utilisée pour boire , en faveur de l'eau minérale en bouteille. En ce qui concerne l'étages la dame a peut etre confondu mon petit logement avec une chambre de bonne en boulevard Haussmann à Paris. Comme il est facile de constater de la photo sur le site, l'immeuble dans lequel l'appartement se trouve c'est un petit immeuble de trois étages et semble donc peu probable que l'appartement est situé au septième étage. À part ça, je ne peut que remercier la dame pour la bonne note qu’elle a voulu attribuer a mon appartement et au service en general, que confirme qu'elle doit avoir apprécié son séjour. Au revoir. I am sorry for the lack of the corkscrew ... that was present in the apartment but that must have been very much appreciated by one of our guests ... but I must admit I did not have it really thought about the water jug ​​like in Milan tap water, because of its hardness and taste does not exactly nice, is not very used for drinking, in favor of bottled water. As for the floor, the lady may got confused. As it is easy to see from the picture on the site, the building where the apartment is located is a small building with three floors and therefore it seems unlikely that the apartment is located on the seventh floor. Other than that, I can only thank the lady for the note she wanted to attribute to my apartment and the service in general, it confirms that she must have enjoyed her stay. Goodbye. Sabrina
