This Tahoe vacation lodge is located in Montgomery Estates one of South Tahoe's coveted neighborhoods/ close to town and shielded from the hustle bustle.

This home boasts soaring cathedral ceilings, 9 ft and 10 ft ceilings on the lower floors and is a whole resort on its own.

Walk up the stairs into the upper level great room with a huge river rock fireplace and massive picture windows, opening to a huge deck/ The kitchen has a granite island/bar, equipped with high quality appliances and is amply furnished with all kitchen accessories to delight the best of gourmet chefs. And best of all, meals can be comfortably served a 12 seat dining table and the 6 seat bar.

This villa has 6 spacious bedrooms: two Master king suites and 2 more King bedrooms, the other two bedrooms have two full beds each for separate sleeping comfort, These bedrooms are beautifully furnished featuring comfortable pillow top mattresses and luxury linen and bedding.

Have fun in the ground floor entertainment area where you can splash into a private indoor heated pool for your early morning exercise then choose between the steam room or sauna to warm-up. Next watch movies in the family room/ theater off the pool area, featuring reclining theater seating and a 106 inch screen. Make use of the wet bar for in-movie refreshments.

Or even better, after a game of billiards, dip into the hot tub and sip your glass of wine in the upstairs deck while soaking in the warmth and your forest views.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours must be observed between 10 pm to 8 am. Occupancy is limited during quiet hours.
If no back to back bookings, we allow early check in at 3:00 pm and late check out at 12:00 pm. Requests have to be approved 2 days before arrival.
Property does request security deposit of $1500.00 which is released 7 days after guests departure if no damage or Citation from Sheriff Dept.

Overall enjoyable stay as house was pretty comfortable and had most of the amenities as described. The host was very reachable and communicated very effectively.Just some small issues with sauna not working properly which I think host/owner is process of fixing.I would recommend this place if you are planning to relax in Tahoe and away from the noise and tourists..

Wonderful house which allowed all 12 of us to stay together vs. a hotel. Great amenities and close to Tahoe attractions. The description did not include the many steps it took to reach the main floor. This was difficult because we had 2 disabled people. We left a list of things needing to be repaired. We did have a great time.

Great place to stay!

A large group of us stayed here for 3 days on a ski trip. The sauna was great to come back and warm up after a day on the slopes! Plenty of room for a large group without being on top of each other. Highly recommend!

Incredible place. The host was so helpful with the process. I would stay again. We had my wife, 4 children and their spouses, 3 grandchildren. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room. What a great experience.

Paradise in Lake Tahoe

This is a large house and fit my family just fine (8 adults and 5 grandkids), the indoor pool kept the kids busy for at least two hours per day, the hot tub was nice as well. Very quiet neighborhood and Dennis was always quick to return calls or emails when I had questions both before and during my stay. Hope to visit again someday!

Winter Wonderland

My extended family and I rented this venue for a family holiday getaway weekend. The house layout was very spacious and comfortable for our large group with plenty of activities to keep everyone in our group entertained. House and location were great. Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and movie room were very enjoyable. Neighbors were a bit sensitive. For the price, we would have thought more toiletries would be available. Only 1 toilet paper roll per room. Place was clean but when we got there it needed a little TLC.

Fantastic spot for a family vacation!

We had a great time at this property. With friends and family flying in from different places, this was just the place to hang out, enjoy each others company, and still have enough room for you to sneak away when you need some quiet time. The kids had a blast in the pool and couldn’t get enough of the movie theater. There was also some great hiking trails walkable from the house. Quiet neighborhood, so you don’t get kept up all night from parties in the area. While we were here in the summer, I’m sure there is just as much to do in the winter. Can not wait to come back to Tahoe again, such a special place!

A winter wonderland cabin

Everything about this place was absolutely perfect. Great communication, check in, entire stay, check out. My family had a great time staying at this property. Pictures should be updated to mirror new updates, in person was much better. Pool, jacuzzi, theatre room and sauna were all in working condition and perfect for our family Christmas gathering. If your booking is in the winter, the roads leading to the property are pretty icy and the driveway is really icy so a 4x4 vehicle with snow tires is needed. We had one of our vehicles, a SUV expedition slide off the icy driveway since it’s on a bit of a slope. 3 car garage and driveway space for 1-2 cars depending on how much snow there is. Don’t hesitate to book!

We enjoyed our stay, the movie room was a plus, we enjoyed the yacuzzi also. Could not go in the pool, too cold, the Manager sent someone to fix it but it did not work. There are some items that need repairing, only one good chair in the deck, and deck was being repaired. For the price we paid, we were expecting everything to be in working condition. We did managed and enjoyed our stay

Great Home…..But

The house was awesome, the indoor pool and theater was a great feature. We didnt have to leave the house once. The only issue are the neighbors. They are all older and complained throughout the day because of the music even tho we were between the 8am-10pm time frame. It was my moms 60th bday so it wasn't like we had rap blasting. Thankfully it didnt create too much of an issue for us but can be for someone else. All and all tho great house and plenty of space.

Disappointed.

Rented this property a few weeks back, super disappointed. The stove didn’t work, a low battery beeping from a battery powered door lock would go off every 15mins, the pool heater was not on, the code for the hot tub didn’t work and the property management POC was no where to be found. On top of that I was giving the wrong address and found out a day before. There was construction debris outside and in one of the bathrooms. Will not stay here again

Nice and Big for our group

We loved the layout of the space and was very happy at how spacious the kitchen/dining and tv area was on the top floor. People commented on how nicely designed it was. It's located in a very nice area with great views close to town. What prevented higher stars is the fact that the beds very very uncomfortable. They put these foam toppers on it to protect the mattress underneath and people commented that it was hard to sleep well as the beds were too soft. The hot tub/jacuzzi stopped working twice. We think it's because the electrical box was too weak to support the the power usage. The sauna room also didn't work. We tried a few times to use it and after having to deal with the jacuzzi house calls, we didn't even bother complaining about the sauna.
