The apartment is very close to the marina, the auction, 5 minutes walk from the city center (many shops and restaurants), 5 minutes from the beach of the mole, 10 minutes from coves accessible by a very pleasant walk along the sea and near the Sea Theater and the Sea Museum.
The large sandy beaches of the Lido are 10 minutes by car or bus (stop at the foot of the residence).
A direct bus from the station also drops you off at your home.

Internet pas fiable en 4 g. Une douche serait préférable a la baignoire. Container poubelles trop loin. Magasins d'alimentation un peu trop loin. Belle vue, appartement calme, propre et bien équipé. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Accueil parfait.

Super séjour a séte !

Appartement super bien placé ! Avec une super vu sur la méditerranée ! Pas eu besoin de prendre la voiture, on a pédalés!!! Bien plus pratique ! De plus local a vélos avec le studio. Brigitte, la propriétaire, super sympa! Appartement nickel ! Et la piscine super agréable ! Je compte bien y revenir avec mon fils ! Merci a vous Brigitte ! Allan et Sandrine.

Très belle vue sur la mer

Appartement très bien situé, proche centre-ville. Très bien équipé. Le balcon permet de prendre les repas face à la mer, ce qui est très agréable. Local vélo très pratique. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous y retournerons sans problème.

Appartement conforme à la description : confortable, propre, facile d'accès (ascenseur) dans immeuble très propre et sécurisé, balcon avec vue sur mer. En avril l'environnement fut très calme. Centre ville juste à coté. Excellent accueil . BREF: à refaire.

Agréable appartement conforme aux descriptions annoncées avec un accueil irréprochable et un contact si besoin était , mais le besoin ne s'est pas pas fait sentir. Je recommande cette location aux amateurs de grand air car l'emplacement donne droit à une superbe vue sur la mer et par conséquent à un bon bol d'air . En plus c'est propre et fonctinnel .

Séjour très agréable

La propriété est très bien située. La piscine est agréable. Le centre ville est à proximité. Les bus vont partout. L'arrêt de bus est le Môle, à 3 arrêts seulement du centre ville. On peut aller à la Mer, au Mont Saint Clair. La propriété est au milieu de tout. L'ascenseur est très pratique. La résidence est calme. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants avec beaucoup d'attentions préparées pour les vacanciers.

Appartement adéquate pour semaine de vacances

Merci à la propriétaire qui a pris soin d'avoir une personne sérieuse pour nous accueillir, et pour notre départ. Un appartement propre et très complet. De quoi dormir, manger et se faire à manger, se laver et laver notre linge ainsi que l'étendre, manger en intérieur ou même sur le balcon avec vue sur la mer à notre choix avec vitres ouvertes ou fermées. Une chambre avec lits superposés pour des enfants ou adolescents ou même jeunes adultes. Pour notre part, les enfants dans les lits et deux adultes sur un bz dans le canapé, confortable et utile, mais ne pas s'attendre à un grand luxe, pour quelques jours ou une semaine c'est tenable. Propriété très agréable, avec places de parking gratuites à disposition et au pied de l'immeuble. Un pass pour accès, ainsi que des ascenseurs pour aller à l'appartement. Notre voisin a été très aimable de nous proposer son code wifi !! Malgré le couvre feu, nous avons réussi à profiter pendant 4j de cette belle ville de Sète avec bien évidemment la plage à 1,5km de l'appartement, le centre ville à 5 minutes à pied, ainsi que le mont St clair à 3 minutes en voiture (pas assez courageux pour monter à pied). Merci pour cette location, malgré que nous n'avons pas rencontrer la propriétaire un grand merci d'avoir pris de nos nouvelles avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Nous recommandons avec plaisir !

Très bien pour un court séjour

Les relations avec la propriétaire et sa soeur ont été faciles et sympathiques. La résidence est agréable et bien entretenue et en cette saison, nous avons toujours pu nous y garer. Bien sûr, le confort est limité par la petite surface dont il a pourtant été tiré le meilleur parti et qui est heureusement agrandie par la loggia avec sa grande vue sur la mer. L'appartement bien équipé, est bien situé pour pouvoir aller facilement à pied ou en bus vers les principaux centres d'intérêt, les commerces, et rapidement en voiture vers les grandes plages (Corniche, Lido, . . . ) et l'Etang. Seuls bémols : sans box, nous n'avons pu accéder à la wi-fi et le carrefour est parfois un peu bruyant.

Difficile de trouver mieux!

J’ai passé une petite semaine à Sète et eu la chance de loger dans cet appartement. A part un intérieur fonctionnel où rien ne manque, vous pouvez contempler la mer à partir du balcon. Elle change constamment de couleur et on ne s’en lasse pas. L'appart est très bien situé pour partir à pied et découvrir le port juste en face, la ville, les musés, les églises, de petites galeries d'art, la Pointe Courte, le cimitière ou repose Brassens, etc. Pour des bons marcheurs, les premières criques de la Corniche ne sont pas loin non plus et il ne faut pas manquer la vue panomarique sur le Mont St-Clair (à pied il faut s’accrocher ...). Pour les moins courageux, il y a des bus, mais je n’en ai pas profité. Un grand merci à Corinne pour son accueil sympathique et ses précieux conseils et à la propriétaire Brigitte pour tous les échanges mails et téléphoniques très aimables.

Appartement idéalement situé, calme et propre. Mes parents ont passé un séjour très agréable. Seul bémol, une odeur tenace qui doit venir du sol ou d'un désinfectant utilisé pour nettoyer l'appartement, mais supportable en aérant bien.

Un véritable coin de paradis

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans cet appartement et sommes ravis ! Magnifique séjour dans cette location parfaite, tout confort avec des propriétaires charmantes et très accueillants. Je ne peux que recommander cette location avec une splendide vue sur la mer et tout à proximité ! Un grand merci pour cette merveilleuse escapade !
