30 minutes south of Fontainebleau, immerse yourself in the atmosphere of a 17th century French family house. Located in the heart of a family estate of several hundred hectares, you can live a unique experience in a castle marked by a Marshal of France and his family for 200 years. Swimming and fishing possibIe from a private pontoon in the ponds (25 HA) of the domain (4 meters deep to the bung). 7 rooms renovated with care. 3 living rooms, a dining room with a large table, a large kitchen of 50 m² with a large table, and all the machines (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer ...) Park of 6 hectares composed of large lawns and old trees. Orchard. No noise. Ping-Pong in a living room of the house! Here, time seems to have stopped!

Très agréable séjour en famille

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits au château du pin. Nous avons été accueilli par Marine avec qui nous avons eu un très agréable contact, disponible et réactive. Un magnifique sapin de Noël se trouvait dans la cuisine du château à notre arrivée. La demeure a beaucoup de cachet avec d’agréables espaces communs, meublés avec goût et de meubles anciens. La salle à manger était spacieuse, un bémol, la table pour manger faite de rallonges, était bancale et instable, nous avons dû la fixer nous même pour l'utiliser sans risque.Les chambres du rez et celle située au 1er étage étaient très spacieuse et confortables. Les 3 chambres du 2eme sous toit, lit double et 2 lits simples étaient sobres mais correctesCependant nous aurions souhaité des indications plus claires sur les 2 chambres individuelles (ch 5, de passage) ne précise pas que c’est un lit simple dans le couloir sans aucun confort qu’on ne pas appeler une chambre. Et la chambre jaune no 2, est située à l’intérieur d’une chambre. Ce qui n’est pas idéal pour l’intimité. De ce fait on a dû s’organiser autrement pour satisfaire tout le monde! La cuisine est très spacieuse, mais qui aurait besoin d’être un peu rafraichie, notamment en matière de vaisselle qui n’est pas à la hauteur du standing du château ! Malgré tout, nous avons passé un très agréable Noël en famille dans un environnement exceptionnel, spacieux et au calme. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu !

Très bon week-end entre amis au château du pin

Nous avons passez un très bon week-end entre amis au château du pin ! Les pièces de vie et les chambres sont spacieuses et lumineuses, ce qui était et très agréable. Nous avons profité du grand jardin ensoleillé, ainsi que de l’étang du pin où nous sommes allés nous baigner. Le domaine est magnifique! Merci aux hôtes pour leur disponibilité et leur réactivité avant et pendant le week-end. Céline et Julien

Séjour de 2 jours à Merinville

Nous avons passé deux jours, avec une dizaine d'amis, dans la propriété du 8 au 10 juin 2019. Le logement est très bien, avec le nombre de lits indiqué dans l'annonce et la mis à disposition de lit pour enfants. Le domaine est immense et nous avons passé la majeure partie du temps en extérieur. La relation avec le propriétaire, fut très agréable. Les indications d'arrivée sont très claires et M. de Reau fut disponible et réactif à toutes nos demandes et interrogations. Encore merci pour ce week-end !

Weekend associatif au top

Propriété louée dans le cadre de mon association. Très belle propriété, arborée et bien entretenue. De très beaux spots pour les photos en extérieur comme en intérieur. Hôte très attentionné et disponible. Week-end parfait et dépaysant à côté de Paris (2h de Roissy CDG). Je recommande sans hésitations.
