This beautiful apartment on a farm has a very nice living room, an infrared sauna and a modern kitchen. With plenty of comfort and a genuine Tyrolean atmosphere, it is ideal for families.

The Hölzlbauer holiday home has a fantastic location. Complete peace and quiet at just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Kirchberg. The bus stop for the ski bus is only 140 m away and there is a fantastic restaurant with genuine Tyrolean cuisine nearby. In summer, you can enjoy the Austrian outdoors. Several hiking and biking trails lead past this farm and in the immediate vicinity you can find a riding school and several beautiful golf courses.

There is a spacious living/dining room with satellite TV and a cosy dining area. The 3 double bedrooms have a private bathroom (shower/basin/toilet), TV and access to the balcony. The balcony around the first floor offers a wonderful view of the fields, the surrounding farms and the mountains. A storage room for mountain bikes is also available.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Wonderful stay but inaccurate online listing by VRBO

This authentic Austrian apartment was a beautiful place to stay and the owners were very friendly and accommodating but this listing was for 4 bedrooma with double beds and there were only 3. Access to the slopes was easy using the bus even though we stayed right at the end of the season and there was plenty of storage space for our equipment. It's also worth mentioning that there was quite a strong smell of cigarettes, so if you are sensitive to this then it may be worth staying somewhere else.

Wir haben eine super Woche in Kirchberg und Umgebung verbracht! Viel gesehen und viel erlebt. Es war ein rundum gelungener, unvergesslicher Urlaub. Die Wohnung bzw. das Appartement ist wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne nochmal wieder!

Zeer gezellig authentiek Tirools appartement met mooie nieuwe moderne badkamers bij iedere slaapkamer. Fijne ruime keuken. Zeer gastvrije eigenaresse. Wilde ook steeds wassen voor ons (voor de 2 baby’s). Niks op aan te merken 👍🏻 erg vriendelijk en aardig. Enig minpuntje is dat er beneden in eigen woonhuis gerookt wordt wat boven in het appartement duidelijk te ruiken is. Voor mij als niet roker erg onaangenaam. Het afval scheiden in bakken sta ik zeker positief tegenover, maar ik snapte niet meer waar nu wat in moest: 8 sorteer bakken. Thuis heb ik er 3 (papier, groen en rest). Dat vond ik lastig.

Super Urlaub in schöner Umgebung!

wir haben 2 Wochen im August in der Ferienunterkunft verbracht. Die Beschreibung des Objektes stimmte mit der Realität vor Ort vollkommen überein. Unsere Vermieterin Myriam war wirklich total nett und immer ansprechbar. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Zimmer ansprechend und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alle Bäder sind modern und sehr sauber. Das Beste war die Infrarotsauna, die wir auch regelmäßig genutzt haben. Bäcker und Supermarkt erreicht man auch bequem zu Fuss und Kitzbühel ist gerade mal 6 Kilometer entfernt. Für Ausflüge und Wanderungen die optimale Ausgangslage. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und würden immer wieder gerne kommen.

Alles super, gerne wieder. Anmerkung es handelt sich um einen echten Tiroler Bauernhof, d.h. am Haus befindet sich auch ein genutzter Kuhstall, inkl. Landgeruch. Die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Eigner wohnen im Erdgeschoss rechts. Der Skibus ist fussläufig in 2 Minuten erreichbar, fährt aber nur 1x pro Stunde.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Bei kleineren Problemen wurde gleich Abhilfe geschaffen. Die Zimmeraufteilung kam uns entgegen. Der Frühstücks- und Aufenthaltsraum ist sehr gut für größere Gruppen geeignet. Die Küche ist zum Kochen allerdings nicht gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an passenden Töpfen und Pfannen. Der Ort ist nach einem ca. 15-20 Minütigen Fußmarsch zu erreichen.
