Standards not up to par and unprofessional

House was not cleaned. We immediately alerted the owner, who promised to send the cleaning lady on monday. She did not come to clean however, only to be rude and claim that cleaning had definitely taken place, despite hairs in the shower, dust in every corner and sand on one of the beds. We got our cleaning fee refunded but no apology for the rude and aggressive behaviour of thr cleaning service (if you don't speak french you can't complain about cleanliness apparently). Unprofessional and doesn't take a complaint seriously.

Tolles Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage - im August ist daher auch hier und da mit nächtlichem Lärm zu rechnen. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und spricht auch Deutsch.

Un super séjour

La maison est très bien située à proximité immédiate des commerces et de la plage, elle est agréable et pratique. Nos deux hôtes étaient adorables. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, et espérons revenir !

Franse gastvrouw is een goed Engels sprekende topper: vriendelijk, zorgzaam en ze geeft graag tips. Bakker en restaurants op loopafstand. Fijne omgeving.

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. La maison est tb équipée et idéalement située/a la plage Le partage du jardin avec la propriétaire s est tb passé mais peut être prévoir une délimitation (barrière ou autre) pour faciliter ce point notamment avec de jeunes enfants tjs tentés de profiter pleinement du jardin!

Très belle Maison fonctionnelle en bord de mer

La maison est située à moins de 200m de la plage et d'une épicerie, restaurants, ce qui est très agréable et pratique. Elle est très bien entretenue et décorée, on ne manque de rien. Par contre, il faut savoir que la propriétaire habite une partie arrière de la maison, elle doit juste traverser une partie du jardin, j’avoue que cela m’avait perturbé ayant 3 ados mais au final ce n’est pas gênant du tout. La propriétaire est très discrète.

Lovely!

We had a lovely stay! The house is a cosy beach house, the beds are nice and everything you need is there. Madame Porée made us feel very welcome and didn't mind the noise our young kids made :) The master bedroom has a balcony from which you can see the ocean between the houses in front, that was a treat! The house is a one minute walk from the beach and a two minute walk from the small and lively centre. In the evenings you can stroll along the dike which runs alongside the beach. Also good for skateboarding and riding a bike or a scooter. The surroundings are amazing and there's so much to do. We didn't want to leave after one week and we hope to come back to this place again!

Schönes und gemütliches Häuschen!

Wir haben in diesem schönen gemütlichen Haus zwei Wochen verbracht. Die Lage ist super! Mitten im Dorf, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Und paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Schlafzimmer liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. War eine schöne Zeit, Danke!

Un deuxième séjour très apprécié!

Après un premier séjour très apprécié l'été 2018, nous nous sommes à nouveau régalées, mes filles et moi (elles ont 8 et 11 ans). Baignades savoureuses, crépuscules admirables, balades dans la baie jusqu'au Mont Saint-Michel (avec guide) depuis le Bec d'Andaine, galops à travers la lande et sur la plage (via le club hippique de Granville, à deux ou trois km)... Reste à nous initier à la voile l'an prochain. La maison est très coquette, très propre, très agréable à vivre, avec de nombreux livres à disposition. Petits commerces, glaces et cafés-resto sont à proximité immédiate. Ces derniers sont animés l'été par des groupes de musiciens doués: ambiance garantie. Nous recommandons vivement cette location à des personnes qui recherchent une station petite et vivante à la fois. Nous remercions la propriétaire pour la qualité de son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa courtoisie.

Petite maison adorable, bien fonctionnelle et super bien située, à deux pas du centre de la station balnéaire mais très calme. Nous étions deux adultes et trois adolescentes et les espaces étaient parfaits ! La propriétaire était aux petits soins pour nous. Une très bonne adresse :-)

Magnifique!

Avec mes filles de 7 et 10 ans, nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse à Saint-Martin. La maison est très agréable, donne accès à la plage en 20 secondes. Les chambres sont très coquettes, à l'ambiance apaisante. Nous nous sommes régalées de bains de mer, d'une excursion à Chausey, de la visite de Granville, des vues de la baie du Mont... Saint-Martin est petit, les enfants y sont vite autonomes. Nous reviendrons, pour nous initier à la voile (il y a un club sur place). Nous recommandons vivement la location de cette maison. Nous remercions la propriétaire pour son accueil très aimable.

Superbes vacances !

Cette maison de vacances est idéalement située dans le cœur de Saint Martin de Bréhal, au pied du "petit" centre toujours animé (boulangerie, petits commerces et vendeur de glaces pour les petits et les grands) et de la magnifique plage. C'est donc l'endroit idéal pour découvrir cette très belle côte. La maison est décorée avec goût, et le nombre de chambres permet à chacun d'avoir son intimé. Les enfants sont vite autonomes, à vélo ou à pied, puisque tout est accessible très facilement (terrain de tennis, voile, etc... ). C'est donc la location idéale pour se ressourcer, lire et marcher le long de cette magnifique plage.
