The perfect beach location! Emerald Isle Resort is located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This property is just steps to the sugar white beaches and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the property amenities with a game of tennis or relaxing by the pool. This location is convenient to both Fort Walton Beach and Destin restaurants and attractions. Visit the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier or The Gulfarium just around the corner.

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, a living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a 50" flat screen TV, and a private balcony. A master bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom, flat screen TV, and slider door to the balcony. A second bedroom with a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and window views of the gulf scenery.

Pool Heated- Winter months: Dates change yearly depending on weather and budget for HOA. Usually March, April, October, November, and December each year.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Great time on the beach!

We loved our time on Okaloosa Island. The view from the unit was amazing, the beach was so clean and beautiful, and the unit itself was clean and comfortable. Loved It!

It was wonderful. Gulf and bay views, clean and updated. Family oriented. Not so crowded on the beach. Full beach chair service! I will be claiming this condo next time I come down to the island.

What a jem

We always come here for our beach getaway. This was our first stay at this jem. It had the most amazing view. Plenty of beach towels, a variety of stops, food and entertainment close by. We would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Perfect getaway!

This condo had the perfect location! We loved being able to sit out on the balcony when it rained and enjoy the view. We had just the right amount of room and the condo itself was clean and stylish. The parking spots were a bit of a tight squeeze but nothing to be too upset about! We can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay, the one thing I would say is the beds were not comfortable and the ice machine was broken in the freezer. But other than that great place!!

Kitchen appliances need updating and drains are very slow. Wad of gum on bedstand and hair in tub when we checked, so cleaning could be better. Loved all the extras like beach chairs. Location and view great.

Great place for a family vacation!

Pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the property. We did not know what to expect because advertising is not always accurate. View was great and the property was clean and well maintained.We enjoyed the stay. Located away from party area. Great for a family vacation. The umbrella, chairs and beach towels were very convenient and a plus to have available. I would definitely stay here again. My family has already asked when we can go back.

Beautiful!

The condo was clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time on the balcony admiring the incredible view. A few household issues were quickly repaired after we reported them. We love everything about Emerald Isle. It's paradise. 💕
