La ubicación excelente y el apartamento espacioso.
No obstante, el apartamento está viejo, mal cuidado y muy sucio: pelos por doquier, suelo sucio, muebles desvencijados, cerradura de la puerta insegura, sábanas arrugadas y llenas de pelotillas y un largo etcétera.
