This large one bedroom apartment is located on the lower level of Americana... By the Sea. This home is the 3rd House from the Beach and Boardwalk. The unit is available for weekends or monthly lease. It features a huge patio with views of the Boardwalk and Beach, full size washer and dryer, cable TV and WIFI.
The house is located on Bartram Ave. which boosts one of he most popular beaches in Atlantic City. In addition, Bartram Park (located on the Boardwalk at Bartram) hosts weekly entertainment and a farmer's market on the weekends during the summer months. Please note: ceiling heights are 6' in some areas. Main house is listed on VRBO # 594441

Americana... By the Sea was our family beach house for many years. We still live in the area and continue to maintain the house as if we still occupy it. Our guests are truly treated as "guests in our own home". As we did for so many years, we want guests to also enjoy the beauty and tranquility of our southern New Jersey beaches and the many entertainment opportunities that Atlantic City has to offer.
