About this property

The accommodation is located in a quiet area, an ideal place a few steps from the sea and the best places, such as the beaches of vendicari, marzamemi, pozzallo. But also visit the cities of art such as Noto, Modica, Scicli, Taormina and Syracuse. You can also enjoy our good food in the many restaurants in the area and our specialties such as Sicilian granita, arancini ... and much more.
Our house is a 1500 sqm multifamily villa with numerous green spaces and a beautiful swimming pool, children's play area, barbecue area, internal parking. The apartments are treated in detail, two located on the ground floor and an air-conditioned attic. Casa Josephine or the attic is the latest arrival just built and stillness. It has a delicious built-in kitchen, a large living area and a 2-seater double sofa. A romantic bedroom with a sea view and elegant bathroom. It also has a private terrace where you can sunbathe in total privacy or have lunch. Obviously all the outdoor spaces (barbecue, playground, outdoor showers, swimming pool and parking, use of washing machine) are for all guests of the villa.
