Exceptional Villa

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Villa Spirini. The facilities were great and ideal for group bookings. It was clean and very comfortable. Damir was very responsive to our questions prior to and during our stay. We were able to access the villa easily after our late night flight and also offered us a late check-out.

Ce que nous avons apprécié sur l'ensemble de notre séjour.Maison très propre sur l'ensemble, extérieur et intérieur. Très bien équipée, nous étions neuf et rien n'a manqué sur la semaine que nous avons passée. Couchage confortable, salle de bain en nombre suffisant pour accueillir au max 12 personnes.Le fait que ce soit 2 appartements séparés était pour nous un plus. Dans un, nous logions nos 4 ados (14-16-17-18 ans) qui avaient l'impression d'être chez eux. Nous les 5 adultes (parents et gds parents) occupions celui qui comprenait cuisine salle à manger/ salon. L'extérieur attenant à la cuisine avec gros barbecue et grande table est juste super!! nous en avons bien profité. Le petit plus le frère de Damir notre hôte nous à organisé une soirée avec spécialités locales. Excellent et en quantité!La décoration est très soignée, la piscine et le jacuzzi sont en parfait état. Tout est vraiment parfait et très bien pensé. On aimerait en être le propriétaire Merci Damir pour votre accueil et votre réactivité lors du petit problème avec la clim qui a été vite réglé.Si l'occasion se présente nous reviendront et en parlerons autour de nous.Et quel beau Pays!!! Wir würden definitiv gerne wieder kommen. ❤️Das Objekt ist so wundervoll wie auf den Fotos und die Beschreibung zutreffend. Alle Annehmlichkeiten und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und halfen während des Aufenthaltes gerne bei Fragen. Unsere Gruppe war begeistert!

Magnifique villa proche de Nin et Zadar

Splendide villa, super propre avec piscine, jacuzzi, sauna, billard et tout le nécessaire pour se faire à manger. Place pour 12 personnes. Vraiment rien à redire. On y reviendra

Presque parfait

Maison neuve bénéficiant de tout le confort (sauna, piscine jaccuzzi, salle billard..) dans un petit village au calme à seulement 15 mn de Zadar. Des propriétaires adorables. Bref tout est réuni pour passer de formidables vacances. Seul bémol la cuisine et ses équipements conviennent pour 7/8 personnes mais sont insuffisants pour 12

Conveniently located country villa at a good price

We very much enjoyed our stay, what with a heated pool that the kids loved, a hot tub to relax in in the evenings, and a sauna which let us really indulge. The owners could not be more authentically personable and available. When we didn't understand how to work something, they had someone on site almost immediately. The place was quiet and calming. Zadar is just a few minutes drive up the road which was our ultimately destination.

Mr. Fritz Miller and his friends are one of ours best and nices guests that we had. They obey house rules and left the villa in great condition. We hope to see and have them as guests again.

Belle villa...Valentina et Damir très accueillants...Pays et région superbes...Le restaurant du frère de Damir à Nin excellent, «  Chez Anna »...juste une semaine de plus aurait été utile !

Loved this property!

My husband, my son and myself stayed here over our spring break. The house was immaculate. It was too cold to use the pool but after being in the Jacuzzi for a while, we jumped in anyway and it was wonderful. Damir and Valentina were great hosts and helped recommend several different places for us to visit. We will definitely rent from them again and couldn't be happier with the stay. There was even an area of the yard where my dog could go to the bathroom and easily be cleaned. We loved this place!!! You could easily fit two families in this property.
