Independent villa, surrounded by greenery, with splendid sea view on the Gulf of Porto Rotondo. Built in perfect Costa Smeralda style, it has a fully glazed lounge that allows you to admire the beauties of Sardinia in absolute privacy.
The beds are distributed in a well-furnished double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed and an additional bed.
The kitchen is functional to all needs including a dishwasher. The villa is air conditioned and offers an internal garden, including a barbecue, with a fantastic covered veranda defined by the historic owner "Freschiera" precisely because of the sensation of freshness and relaxation it conveys.
It is located a stone's throw from the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia and from all services: airport, port, supermarket and shopping centers.
The house is complete with linen service, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, private parking, barbecue, WIFI and all the necessary tools for a comfortable stay and can accommodate from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 5 guests.
