If you are looking for a clean and convenient place to stay in Waco, TX this is the one. It is practically right on the Baylor University Campus and close to "the Silos" of Chip and Joanna Gaines. We had a great time and would return if the chance came again.

Great way to visit Baylor

The place was very cute and clean. The property host made everything very easy from checkin and out with added special touches. The location is on the Baylor campus which was great for touring and is close to the silos and other downtown restaurants. If we are back in the area, we would definitely consider staying again.

Great getaway

Our first trip to Waco to see Silos. Our location was great and really easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. I enjoyed watching the kids walking on campus and it was surprisingly quiet. The unit was very clean and well furnished. They had a great patio set up and we enjoyed sitting out in the afternoon with our Dog. Also, we could walk our dog around the neighborhood. It was a great trip and a great place to stay. If you had a child on campus it would be perfect also.

Stayed here for Baylor Orientation and walked everywhere. Absolutely love the spaciousness and location of the condo. The owner, Linda, happened to be there and was so sweet to help us with our labradoodle while we were away during the day. Talk about amazing service! Thanks again for everything. This is my second time to stay in these condos while visiting my college student. You can walk to campus activities from the condo and it is perfect for a short stay with enough room to spread out. It is so cutely decorated and the appliances and furniture and are all very nice/upscale.

My son and I decided to check out Waco and loved the town and our accommodations. Would definitely stay there again. It is on the beautiful Baylor campus, close to so many attractions. The condo was very cute with everything we needed.

Everything was as described. For some reason I had assumed there would be TVs in the bedrooms. But there wasn’t, I thought I had read it online. So having a family of 4 with 1 tv wasn’t ideal. It was really comfortable and good size to accommodate what we needed. We were Traveling back home from San Antonio. Was definitely had a nice homey feel. I would suggest a little more lightening on the floor level. The bathroom and kitchen area was dark and hard to see things. I liked the extras such as suggestions on favorite eats and places to see. Having a coffee pot with coffee and creamer was perfect!

A home sweet home after a day of busy busy.

Wonderful apartment/condo to rest and relax after a day of helping our son move to Baylor. Just across the street from campus but you feel as if you are in you own little oasis. Thank you for a very clean and well accommodated place to lay our heads that night. We will be back to visit.

Born in Waco, raised/ educated in Austin, my family has been in and around the Waco area for generations. I currently "reside" in Colorado but more or less spit my time between the 3. I have a deep passion for everything outdoors, live music and, of course, Baylor University Athletics.

Why they chose this property

Family Owned and operated since construction was completed in the 70's by my Grandfather, Jack Thomas, who was a student athlete and later coached football for the Baylor Bears. Having served and supported the University and the local community for well over 30 years, he had a deep passion for the University and its sense of community.

Once student housing, we have recently remodeled completely and now aim to service the Baylor Community and the Greater Waco area in their accommodation needs while maintaining the sense of community that is our heritage.

Although he is no longer with us it is with great pleasure that we are able to continue serving the Baylor/ Waco community for which I know he'd be proud. we hope to carry on Jack Thomas' s legacy of hospitality and generosity for many years to come.
