Great Place!

Great place, BUT on VRBO the listing says the house sleeps 10 ppl, there is no way the house could sleep any more than 8 ppl. Also check-out of 10am is a little early esp for ski/boarders that have alot of gear. Enjoy

Awesome family vacation

This was our first time going to Utah. We didn't know what to expect. But when we got to the home we found a couple issues but I called them and they sent the people to fix it or clean. Beautiful home has amazing view of the mountains and just perfect. We enjoyed close to the lake 15 minutes away. We enjoyed our vacation it went by so fast and will totally be back to visit again!!

Did not live up to pictures; multiple broken items; dishonest broker

The house had multiple broken items including heat, hot water, grill, Wi-Fi. Dirty. Broker offered to refund portion of stay if I round another house. We found another house, paid for it and then the broker refused to reimburse. Would recommend looking elsewhere.

Steve we addressed all of your issues in a timely manner with certified professionals. In good faith we offered to refund you 2 days of your stay for the inconvenience (most of the work being done when you were not in the home). You then threatened to write a negative review if we did not refund you the full amount of your stay. We did not feel this was a reasonable request as you did stay with us for a week and only had issues 2 of those days. You did receive a nice home with fantastic reviews from everyone that has ever stayed in the home and staying there for “free” was not an option. Your threats and rude behavior such as hanging up on our staff and being extremely aggressive and disrespectful was not appreciated. With that said, we will never rent to you again and have notified all property managers in Park City.

We stayed with two large families! Had plenty of room for 7 kids. Hot tub accommodates 2 people easily. Great location with easy access to city and slopes!
