Across the street from the Villas is The Shops at Wailea where you will find luxury shopping and fine dining as well as the luxury hotel properties linked by a scenic pedestrian beachwalk.

Step inside this beautifully remodeled one bedroom, two bath villa. The style is beach house chic, beautifully comfortable and casual and not a bit too fussy. The villa has colorful accents, organic elements of shells, driftwood and seagrass. As our guest, you are coming for the sea, beach and relaxed Maui lifestyle and we wish to provide warmest aloha, beauty and comfort during your stay.

This villa is unique in the complex as it is nestled in a very quiet/secluded area. When you are relaxing inside and outside on the lanai, you will not be aware that you are living in a complex of people. The unit is perched on a hillside of the Wailea Blue Golf Course which affords a sweet ocean view. Among the upscale finishes, the condo comes complete with 55" smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom and is one of only a handful of condos to install whisper quiet central A/C.

Our stay in Wailea was wonderful. Jessica reached out first thing upon our arrival to make sure everything was great, and it was. The property was clean, and perfect for our trip. We loved the location, it was easy to visit many beautiful beaches and explore the entire island. The beach chairs, towels and cooler provided were an added bonus. We loved the peacefulness of backing to the golf course while at the same time seeing the ocean. We spent every morning & sunset enjoying the view from the lanai.The Host gave very detailed, written instructions on directions and the condo. The condo is nicely decorated too. The host checked in with us after arrival and made sure all was good.

Absolutely amazing stay! We picked this condo based on prior reviews and are so glad we did. Perfect communication from start to finish. So much to rave about here- some of our favorites were the quiet location- we enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants- and appreciated the book of suggestions- the shower had great pressure, the AC was great, everything we needed was there from washer and dryer, to kitchen essentials, to the comfy living areas!

The condo is definitely a 10! I have stayed at many rental properties and I even owned one, nothing compared to this property. We are so pleased to give this condo and its host the highest rating. The condo location is walkable to excellent coffee, shopping, restaurants and a upscale grocery market. It is in a very quiet and relaxing area of the complex, we enjoyed watching the sunset on the lanai. A comfortable location and stay. Very easy check-in and the host is great. The unit is on the first floor, if that matters to you. This could of have been made clearer in the description but the unit is as pictured and overall it is very comfortable and a great stay.

My wife and I have traveled to Maui for years to escape the cold St. Louis winters. We have enjoyed Wailea's luxury resort properties. When we started our family, it was no longer practical to stay in hotels with limited space, compromise security with two separate hotel rooms and incur the food and beverage costs of our growing children.

Why they chose this property

As business travelers we have had the opportunity to visit some of the most amazing cities but none of these locations have come close to the feeling of peace and serenity that we have found in Wailea. Grand Champions Villas is hands down the greatest value in all of Wailea. The central location, beautifully maintained grounds, security and space within the villas cannot be beat.

What makes this property unique

The Villa has a superior location within the complex. It is positioned on the second hole of the golf course with magnificent ocean views. The villa has ground floor access, no stairs to lug suitcases and groceries. The view from the condo is straight down the fairway to the ocean. The villa is perfected by a truly beautiful interior with a fresh, relaxing vibe. It was our goal to bring the beauty we saw in the grounds of Wailea to the interior of the villa where we spend time with our family creating cherished memories.
