Apartment of 30 m2 in Valverde street, newly renovated, brand new.
400 m from the Gran Vía Casino and one street from the Chueca neighborhood. Next to it there is a supermarket and a bus stop a few meters away. Close to all clothing stores, shopping centers and restaurants on Gran Vía, Fuencarral and Hortaleza. It is also 7 minutes walk from Sol. It is very well connected, ideal to spend a few days in this city.
The apartment consists of all the comforts, a folding double bed, two sofa beds, multifunction shower panel, fridge, washing machine, nespresso machine, microwave, 36 ”television, playstation 4 with games, wifi and cable TV.
Air conditioning and radiant heating.
The apartment is very bright and cozy.
