Perfect location for a relaxing vacation

We were there in March/April, and it was a perfect location for us to relax. Traffic conditions were also very good in this season of the year. We enjoyed it very much.

How lucky were we to find this amazing house to stay in. We were in Cerbere for 5 nights and the house was everything we could ask for plus more. From the initial booking with the owner through to meeting the property manager nanager and learning about everything the house had, the process was seamless. The bedrooms were great, kitchen and lounge facilities awesome and the pool amazing. Thank you for such a wonderful stay...highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed a very nice time in this very comfortable house in Cerbère.Everything went very smoothly from A to Z. The owner was very quick to respond to any question before the stay. Once in Cerbère the contact person is very kind and helpful. Nothing to complain about.The view is a dream. It's the perfect place to spend some relaxing time away from busy daily schedules.

This is a dream-like property and villa. The views are unparalleled. There are unobstructed views of the Meditterranean from upstairs. The kitchen is stocked with all appliances, equipment, utensils etc. It is very quiet during the day and at night. At night, we could hear the the surf. The Granmontane is cooling and refreshing. It is safe area. It is possible to talk to the town core by foot - 600 meters. If you seek a retreat with breathtaking views, lots of room, a private salt water pool and much more, this is your oasis of comfort. We even went to Barcelona for the day. Bliss for 2 parents and an 11 year old child. Enjoy your stay.

Lovely villa

The villa is lovely, however I feel I should mention a couple of small things. The pool no longer has the same view as depicted in the advert. A house has been built in front so the owners have planted in front of pool to mask the new property. The villa has lots of steps, it is over 3 floors and also steps to get to front entrance, these were ok for us but anyone with mobility problems would struggle, the steps are also tiled. It is also a little isolated where the villa is so a car is a must. Having said the above, we had a fab holiday, pool was lovely, villa very well equipped, beds mega comfy and owner was very helpful. The lovely bottles of wine was also a nice touch on arrival and departure

Le logement à une vu sublime sur la mer et la piscine est agréable.Par contre contrairement aux équipements indiqués dans l'annonce, le logement n'est pas climatisée.Nous avons énormément souffert de la chaleur.Certes nous étions pendant la canicule, la pièce de vie n'est pas climatisé, dés le matin nous dépassions les 35 Il y a des petites clim individuelle dans les chambres ou le moteur est à l'intérieur (voir photo)Ces CLIMs sont très bruyantes 65 db en mode auto et 55 db en mode low.Nous avons essayé de dormir avec la clim pour avoir un petit 28 mais avec un bruit permanent de 55 db (pas facile de dormir)A 450 /par nuit, il est pas normal de ne pas avoir un logement correctement climatisé.Si l’annonce avait été plus claire, nous aurions choisit un autre hébergementA éviter pendant les périodes de forte chaleur

Superbe villa. Pièce à vivre très agréable et confortable, cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Très bonne literie et salles de bains spacieuses. Wi-Fi accessible de toutes les pièces Vue magnifique sur la mer de toutes les pièces à vivre. On se gare sans problème devant la maison. Accueil parfait et très grande disponibilité de Michel tout au long du séjour. Un seul regret que le sejour n est duré que 15 jours.

Von der Buchung bis zum Check-in und Check-out hat alles prima funktioniert. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und der unglaubliche Ausblick war jeden Morgen einfach Traumhaft. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigem Wohngebiet und somit abseits von überfüllten Touristengegend. So haben wir uns unseren Urlaub vorgestellt.

Séjour fort agréable avec une vue exceptionnelle!On peut admirer le lever du soleil sur la Méditerranée. Un pur bonheur à tous les matins. Le calme est présent le jour comme la nuit.La magnifique villa offre beaucoup d’espace et elle est très bien équipée.Etant en octobre ,on n’a pu profiter de la belle piscine. Les échanges avec le propriétaire M.Mogenson furent faciles et l’accueil de M.Bial fut chaleureux. Il a été réceptif à toutes nos demandes. Une auto est à privilégier surtout pour les retours à la villa le soir.

Weiter Meerblick aus dreigeschossigem Neubau

Der französisch sprechende Hauskeeper arbeitet gekonnt mit dem Handy-Übersetzerprogramm. 16 Stufen führen vom Parkplatz zur Eingangsebene, dort führt ein sehr enger Flur in 2 kleine und ein grösseres Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit innenstehenden Klimageräten ausgestattet. Die anderen Etagen sind nicht klimatisiert, was bei den riesigen Fensterflächen-trotz Jalousien-zu starker Wärme im Haus führt. Das 1. Bad liegt auf der Etage der Schlafzimmer, das 2. Bad im EG. Im OG, 16 weitere Stufen, befinden sich Küche und grosses Wohnzimmer mit traumhaftem Weitblick, sowie ein Balkon (Nord-Ost) und eine kleine Terrasse (Süd-West). Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Balkonstühle sind leider sehr unbequem, da helfen auch die dünnen Kissen nicht. Die Reinigung, insbesondere an den Eingängen und Balkonen sollte zeitnah vor Bezug erfolgen. Es ist davon auszugehen, dass die Hausbaustelle schräg gegenüber nächstes Jahr im besten Fall abgeschlossen sein wird. Cerbere ist ein netter Ort, in dem gerade der schöne Plantanenplatz im Zentrum und die kleine Strandpromenade saniert werden.

Urlaub und Haus - ein Traum

Cerbere wird bestimmt einmal ein netter Ferienort. Zur Zeit besteht der Ort aus Bahnhof und Baustelle. Es wird die Promenade erneuert und soll mit Sand am Strand (bisher nur sehr grober Kies) aufgefüllt werden. Das dauert halt seine Zeit. Das Haus war wie in der Beschreibung. In der Straße herrschte absolute Ruhe. Der Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft, im Haus ist alles nach neuestem Standard super eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen funktionierten super. Die Übergabe des Hauses mit Hrn. Bial klappte problemlos. Herr Mogensen (der Eigentümer) war jederzeit erreichbar. Unser Fazit: Wer Ruhe und keine Action sucht ist hier goldrichtig.
