Udsigt og dejlig beliggenhed

Vi er en familie på 5 voksne som holdt ferie i huset i en uge i juli måned 2024. Fra terassen og også indefra huset er der en smuk udsigt hvor også den flotteste solnedgang kan nydes. Vi blev modtaget af en meget venlig mand, som på værtens vegne gav os information om huset og udleverede nøgler, og som også kom den dag vi skulle rejse. Huset fungerer fint-der er de faciliteter som er beskrevet i annoncen. Huset ligger blot 3 minuttets gang fra et supermarked, så man skal ikke køre bil for at handle. Man behøver ikke at gå langs hovedvejen hvis man vil gå til centrum af Cefalu. Ad en sti kan man gå hen til trapper som fører ned til vejen langs stranden som også fører ind til Cefalu. Samtidig er der ved denne trappe adgang til en del af stranden, som er fredelig, og uden strandbarer og uden mulighed for at leje liggestole og parasoller. Den kan man gå til på ca 10minutter. Stranden med liggestole, Strandbarer og parasoller kan nås på ca 20-25 minutter. Centrum af byen kan man gå til på ca. 35 minutter. Vi fandt også restauranter i nærheden af huset, så det er ikke nødvendigt at gå ind til centrum om aftenen, hvis man ikke spiser hjemme. Huset har derfor en meget god beliggenhed. Vi havde en dejlig ferie i huset og kan bestemt anbefale det andre som ønsker at leje et hus i Cefalu.

Magnifique maison

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Cefalu, la maison est magnifique, très joliment aménagée, à 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Il est aussi possible de se rendre à pied dans le centre ville (30 minutes). L'accueil est très chaleureux. Un grand merci !

I’m a medical doctor, i’m retired. This villa was build by my grandfhater in 1928 and completely restored in 2016.
I want to rent my villa because I cannot live there in the year.
The Villa is available for rent 3 weeks a month from January to June and from sSptember to November, the whole month in July, August and December. One week a month I have to enjoy my house.
I live in Milan, I grew in Valtellina and I love my sicilian extraction.
I love sport, to read, cinema and animals.
My mother is german , for this reason I think my house indicated for foreign hosts.

Why they chose this property

In this place I lived every summer in my childhood. Many memories and this house are closely linked.

What makes this property unique

The external terrace allows to live summertime in a quiet place, in the nature, in absolute privacy.
It is possible to cook and eat outdoors, there are a gas hob, a barbecue and an oven in which my grandmother cooked an unforgettable bread.
Palm, olive and fruit trees are in the garden.
