I didn't understand what changed if my family members showed up in my place, they too are owners and then I don't have to explain my commitments to guests, I find it somewhat pretext. Someone should explain to me what disturbance we have caused if the villa is also inhabited by the owners, as each unit has an independent entrance and, moreover, one on each side of it, guaranteeing the guest maximum privacy. The apartment in the ad is described as it is in reality, I find it hard to believe that you had a problem with the travel cot unless it is huge in size. It being understood that the second room was available if necessary. The bathroom is also absolutely proportionate to the size of the apartment and not as small as you describe it. The bad smells that you complain about on the veranda due to garbage, which certainly wasn't the owners' garbage, maybe yours, while as regards the drains, if there had been any problem we would certainly have perceived it too and intervened promptly. As for the mattress in the bedroom, yes, it is a spring mattress and as such you can perceive some noise due to the springs. Complain about the distance from the sea and away from supermarkets, I remind you that all this is expressly written in the ad and also the house is clearly visible on google-maps. Maybe he needed to better read the description of the ad itself. As for the air conditioning and lights in general, it is a recommendation that we make everyone turn off everything in the absence of the guest, which was not the case. That is why we took the liberty of pointing this out, being a waste, also in consideration of the expensive energy going on. Nobody ever said to turn off the air when you were at home. In fact go and reread the message please. Only once and in the late afternoon with a lot of kindness was asked to turn off the lights in the garden. Due to the fact that you left earlier, it was your choice, in my opinion dictated by a change of program, also considering your Sicilian origin. Finally, as regards the price, as you indicate it: "not really cheap" I would like to reiterate that the house in the ad is described 100% as it is in reality so it is worth assessing in advance whether it is worth it or not. However, I do not understand on what basis you can say this. Do you think that the house is used for a very limited period of the year, which in the price are included taxes on income and on the house, the waste tax, the consumption of water, electricity and gas, maintenance of the property and household appliances gardening costs, depreciation of the property and finally the site commissions charged to the owner. You must also consider that the price you paid includes the commissions payable by you. It also happens to me, as happened with you, that I am unable to collect the tourist tax and have to pay it out of our own pocket to the Municipality. Salvatore

Riguardo al prezzo i signori hanno soggiornato presso la mia struttura la settimana di ferragosto, per cui si trattava di altissima stagione. Riguardo al caldo, nell'annuncio è specificato che la casa non è dotata di aria condizionata. Purtroppo, durante alcuni giorni del soggiorno si sono verificati picchi di temperature calde in modo esagerato in tutta Italia. Infatti, una volta ristabilitesi le normali temperature di sstagione, la casa e ritornata fresca, a tal punto che, come dai Signori stessi asserito, nelle ore mattutine c'era fresco da doversi coprire.
