Enjoy this house directly on Magnolia Lake. This house has a rear deck, a climate-controlled sunroom to enjoy the lake, and a covered front porch to watch the golf carts roll by.

A new sea wall was constructed in February of 2023.

This house offers 1300 square feet. The address is MH92 and is directly on Magnolia Lake. Fish from your backyard!

This smoke-free home offers a climate-controlled Carolina Room and a backyard deck to enjoy the lake.

There are 3 bedrooms total. Two of the bedrooms are at one end of the house and share a full hall bathroom. The third bedroom is the owner's suite and has its own bathroom. (There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the family room if needed.) All three bedrooms have a queen-sized bed.

There is parking for three vehicles two of which are covered. The house is located close to the ocean. Bring your fishing rod and enjoy fishing from the backyard. Enjoy!

Golf cart and linens are NOT included. Saturday to Saturday rentals only in June and July.

This was my first time staying in Ocean Lakes and would definitely book this stay again in a heartbeat! The house has everything you need. Location is perfect. Having the pond in the back of the house was an added park and the host is super attentive. thanks again for everything we had such a great time.

Being on th lake was amazing. The location was great and quite peaceful. House was spacious for our family of 6. JD was amazing from the beginning. Homesick no more!

This property is our “other home”. We can truly relax here, feel safe, and comfortable. The owner is quite nice to work with (should any problems arise). Wifi was the only glitch in our experience, but recent storms caused that, and Mr. Knode was very quick to overcome the problem! We rely on MH 92 to cure our need for the beach!! Can’t wait til next time.

Overall good stay

The house was spacious and a good size for our family trip with 7 people. The house was tidy, but the floors were fairly dirty. We did have to wear socks while walking around the house because your feet would turn brown within a few minutes, which was not ideal but did not ruin the trip by any means. The furniture on the back porch is 10000% in need of replacement. My 3 year old sat on one of the chairs, the leg broke immediately and she fell. I reached out to the owner and he apologized. I do hope he removed that furniture so no one else gets injured. There is also a hole in the wood on the back deck big enough for a child’s foot to fit into, just as a warning so no one gets hurt who may rent here before it’s repaired. Also, as stated in the description, the wifi is available but does not work. We couldn’t get it to work at all, at any point in the house. Other than those few things it was a nice stay, and I would recommend as long and the next renter is aware and okay with these few things.

We enjoyed it! Had plenty of room for 8 people. But it is older, there was water leaking under the kitchen sink, it was kinda musky. But I bought a candle and it helped! And we saw a few roaches. Beds were ok..but some mattresses need updated. And they're more like full size than queen. This house has great potential..just needs updated! The air worked perfect!! I would suggest making the porch be where the carport is. I love to people watch!! Thanks for the stay!!
