Awesome place!

We stayed 8 days in this place, and loved every minute of it! The location is great for both getting out and exploring the area and for walking into town for dinner. The condo has everything you will need and then some! If we are back in the area we will definitely stay here again.

Fenomenal

Todo perfecto. Muy limpio, bien equipado y aunque si que tiene muchas escaleras, es lo que da privacidad a las estancias. Varias terrazas, una para cada momento y las hemos utilizado todas. Por poner una pega, nos hemos llevado algun que otro arañazo con el aloe vera gigante de la terraza comedor. Muy recomendable.

Estupendas vacaciones

Hemos pasado unas estupendas vacaciones en la casa de Mercedes. La casa es estupenda, tal y como se ve en las fotos, lo único malo es que tiene bastantes escaleras, pero por lo demás es genial. Está decorada con mucho gusto y equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar. La atención de Mercedes inmejorable, siempre dispuesta a ayudarte y recomendar cualquier cosa que se te ocurra. Por todo esto, recomiendo este alojamiento y su anfitriona que es estupenda.

Casa estupenda

La casa de Mercedes es amplia y acogedora. Las camas son muy cómodas y dispone de todo lo que incluye la descripción. La urbanización es muy tranquila y perfecta para ir a la playa de El Palmar o caminando a Conil. Hemos disfrutado de 15 días de relax y sin duda, la recomendamos. Wundervolle Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft hat eine prima Ausstattung und auch die Lage in fussläufiger Nähe zum Einkaufen, den Restaurants und dem Strand bietet alles für einen perfekten Urlaub. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Vermieterin war von Anbeginn auch immer super (muchas gracias Mercedes !).

Tolles Ferienhaus in Conil

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Mercedes hat von Anfang an super funktioniert. Trotz dass wir etwas verspätet in Jezes gelandet sind und erst abends in Conil ankamen, hat uns Mercedes super nett empfangen, uns das gesamte Haus gezeigt und alles erklärt. Der Kontakt in Spanien dann auch über Whats-App Messenger top! Das Haus/die Wohnung ist super aufgeteilt und es war alles extrem sauber, Besteck/Geschirr in mehr als ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig um die Ecke! Da wir Conil bereits kannten, wussten wir auch, dass der Weg in die Stadt/zum Strand ca. 10min lang ist und haben die Lage bewusst gewählt um ein wenig Ruhe zu haben. Mit 5 Personen ist die Aufteilung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3c Badezimmer morgens/abends perfekt, da sich jeder/jede in Ruhe fertig machen kann. Küche sowie Wohnzimmer sind ebenfalls schön eingerichtet und es mangel nach unserer Meinung an nichts. Die beiden Dachterrassen sind traumhaft. Mercedes hat uns sogar zur Hälfte des Aufenthalts nach neuen/frischen Handtüchern und Bettwäsche gefragt!! Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden gewesen und die Beschreibung online stimmt 1:1 mit der Realität überein - so macht Urlaub wirklich Spaß! Vielen lieben Dank Mercedes!!

La casa nos ha gustado en todos los sentidos. Limpieza perfecta. Las 3 plantas, junto con sus diferentes terrazas, ayudaron a que cada uno tuviéramos nuestros ratitos de tranquilidad. Urbanización muy tranquila, incluida la zona de la piscina. Está a 15-20 minutos andando tanto del centro de Conil como de la playa, y también hay varios supermercados cerca. Mercedes ha sido muy agradable y atenta. Repetiría seguro.

El alojamiento , es un 10, impresionante, la casa espectacular y las vistas, lo mejor del mundo. Como digo.- " El paraíso, Como dice Niña Pastori" Tengo a mi Caí con perdón Y a de los que se preguntan Que es lo que tiene ese rincón Niña Caí se bebe el sol Que hay en la brisa marinera Y que remienda tu corazón Con la sonrisa más morenaMi Cádiz, como me huele a sal Mi Cádiz" La anfitriona, fenomenal, Mercedes, muy atenta en todo momento. La casa en si es una pasada, decorada con gran gusto, con 7 terrazas, espacios amplios, luminosos, limpísima, perfectamente equipada....te dan ganas de no salir! La zona perfecta, tranquila, piscina comunitaria muy limpia y tranquila. Salida y llegada desde carretera muy directo. Para comprar mercadona muy cercano, playa cerca....un lujo! Los propietarios encantadores y muy atentos en todo momento! Sin niguna duda para repetir siempre!

Vacaciones tranquilas en pleno Conil

La casa perfecta. Muy limpia y con todo lujo de detalles. Destaco la tranquilidad de la zona y las vistas despejadas desde el porche. Paseando 15 minutos se llega a Conil y a la playa enseguida.

Fabulosa !

Corroboro al 150% la descripción del propietario. Somos una familia de 5 adultos y hemos disfrutado de 15 días inolvidables. Estratégicamente situada a la entrada de Conil, muy cerca de todo pero muy tranquila, sin ruidos, y fácil aparcamiento en la puerta. Casa amplia, limpia, nueva, cómoda e increíblemente confortable. En sus terrazas, una para cada situación del día, y en la piscina comunitaria, poco concurrida a pesar de ser agosto, encontramos el relax que buscábamos, como para no salir. Aun así, su situación estratégica nos ha permitido recorrer todas las playas y puntos relevantes de la Costa de la Luz, tanto hacia el norte como hacia el sur. Precioso. Y la playa de Conil una maravilla. Finalmente, la comunicación con la propietaria un diez, pendiente de nuestra llegada y dispuesta a facilitar cualquier información local que pudiéramos precisar. Vamos, que si volvemos por Conil repetiremos.

Vacaciones de lujo, ya que la casa no la faltaba ningún detalle. Estaba muy limpia , es muy grande y bonita. Está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila y de fácil acceso a la playa. Mercedes ha sido un encanto y nos ha ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado. La recomiendo mucho y esperamos volver a ir!
