Classy design apartment in monumental Villa !

Very classy design apartment on top floor (two stairs) of our monumental 1905 Villa in Zandvoort. 90 m2 with 2 bedrooms (each with two beds, so suitable for couples but also friends or children) , sleeping-couch for two in the living room (1.40 m so not so big). Private kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Spacious living room with tv, dining table and comfortable seating. Lots of daylight and views all around Zandvoort. 10min. walk from centre and train station, busstops at 1 min. 15 min. walk to beach. Wifi, Netflix. Parking in our own, fenced garden can be reserved after booking for €15 per day, payable upon arrival.

Great shorttrip

We had a fabulous time in Zandvoort despite the temperamental weather. The flat is great, all was well and great for a family with older kids. The beach is a 15min walk from the flat and everything is in easy reach. It’s only 30min to Amsterdam central from the station. All in all- we surely will be back!

Lovely apartment in Zandvoort

The apartment is charmingly decorated and comfortably appointed. Within walking distance of the beach and all public transit—we made it to the beach and also to Amsterdam and Haarlem with no issues. The bus stop across the street was convenient & easy to the train station and elsewhere in town. The stairs to the apartment are definitely steep with narrow steps, but we did not have mobility issues so it was fine. Big, bright windows throughout were cheerful. The host is fantastic and was exceptionally responsive to our questions. We had a wonderful week — thank you, Anouk!

Tolle Unterkunft!

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt organisiert. Von den Informationen im Vorfeld bis zur Abreise und Übergabe des Schlüssels. Hat alles prima geklappt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und ihr Geld wert. Ich kann das nur empfehlen.

Tolle Tage in Zandvoort

Die Wohnung in der Villa ist mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einem großen Wohn-, Esszimmer sehr einladend und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das eine Schlafzimmer liegt zur Hauptstraße, die aber bei unserem Aufenthalt am Abend und am Wochenende wenig befahren war. Die obere Treppe ist tatsächlich sehr steil aber in der Regel benutzt man sie ja nur 2x am Tag :) Check-In, Check-Out und die Kommunikation waren hervorragend. Pluspunkt, der Stellplatz (kostenpflichtig) ist direkt vor der schönen Villa und durch ein Tor "gesichert". Das Viertel ist ein Traum. Der Fußweg zum Strand mit 15 Minuten auch schön zu gehen - nutzt hier lieber die kleinen Straßen und genießt die Umgebung.

schicke Fewo mit besonderem Flair

Wir haben ein paar Tage in dieser schicken Altbauwohnung verbracht, die besonders und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Von hier aus kann man Ausflüge nach Amsterdam oder Haarlem machen. Der Bahnhof, die Innenstadt oder der Strand sind zu Fuß ca. 15 min entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt im OG, wobei die, als steil beschriebenen, Treppen für uns (ü. 50) ok waren.

Geräumiges Apartment

Großes Apartment in einer sehr schönen alten Villa. Alles war picobello sauber. Leider war aus der online-Vorstellung nicht eindeutig ersichtbar, daß man zwei steile Treppen bewältigen muß. Daher ist die Wohnung nur für fitte Menschen zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist am Rand eines sehr schönen Villenviertels. Die Straße, die vorbeiführt ist recht befahren und nachts muß man bei einem der zwei Schlafzimmer daher das Fenster geschlossen lassen. Ansonsten sind die Innenstadt und der Strand gut fußläufig erreichbar in rund 15 Minuten . Der junge Mann, der sich um den check in/out gekümmert hat war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit beim rauf-/runtertragen des Gepäcks. Die administrative Abwicklung hat prima geklappt.

schöner Aufenthalt in Zandvoort

Der Strand und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar. maximal 15 min zu Fuß oder schneller mit dem Rad. Der Bahnhof ist auch super erreichbar, von dort ist man in einer halben Stunde in Amsterdam. Übergabe der Schlüssel problemlos bei Ankunft Kommunikation mit Jord per Telefon oder WhatsApp lief super Die Wohnung enthält alles, was man braucht.

Übergabe der Schlüssel problemlos bei Ankunft obwohl die Vermieterin im Urlaub war. Die Wohnung enthält alles, was man braucht - sogar Handtücher und ein Föhn werden gestellt! Die Vermieterin und ihr Vertreter waren immer freundlich und gut erreichbar.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr ordentlich und gemütlich und hat eine gute Lage.

Zandvoort ist ein sehr schöner Ort. Der Strand und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Man kann sehr viel unternehmen und ist mit dem Zug innerhalb einer halben Stunde in Amsterdam.
